Additionally, due to the account activity and service usage, we cannot issue any further refunds.

I was told I was going to receive a refund/settlement from Nextiva, the company I filed complaint against.  They still have not issued a refund for the desired amount.  Can you please assist?

I joined Nextiva to add fax capability for my business. They tried to give me a local fax number vs, a toll free one. I caught it during the set up process and they assigned a toll free number. The next month they billed me for an additional year and raised the fee $10.00. The charge was reversed because I called but they actually told me this is how their system works by calling it a "glitch." (their word). This means they know about it. How many customers miss this fraudulent billing practice and do not call to have the extra year of billing returned?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  My conversation with the Nextiva representative resulted in a verbal agreement that I would be partial refund for services rendered but I have yet to receive any written documentation that confirms this offer.   Once I receive a written agreement and the funds have been received,   I will consider this matter resolved.

Been with Nextiva for 6 years now. Which actually isn’t too far away from how long they have been around! Every year I have seen Nextiva grow and develop in almost every aspect of business, especially in their different cloud services and customer service. In being a part of this growth, I can say Nextiva was a really the right choice! I am very happy with my service today, but knowing it will only get better is what brings me the most comfort in our decision. The pricing is fair, more than enough useful features, and simple to use. The only bad has been when our phones have randomly been out of service a couple times, but the issues were fixed within the hour. So overall very well rounded company.

I moved to Nextiva a month ago and I am much happier. Fewer dropped calls, and great phone support. It may not be the cheapest, but it’s definitely worth the money for my small business because it’s cheaper and better than a landline.

Nextiva is the one two punch! Great product and great customer service. I have had to speak with their sales, billing, support, and set-up team, and I have had a good experience with all of them. They seem to be in sync with each other which is always comforting. I recommend them fully and would recommend them to all!

We have had Nextiva service for almost a year and everything was fine until about three months ago when calls started dropping. We would go to pick up an incoming call and the phone would disconnect. When I call support I typically have to wait 10-15 minutes just to talk to anyone and have spent a total of over 10 hours trying to resolve this issue. This week I was told the cause of the problem had been identified and would be fixed within the hour and I would be receiving a followup call from a manager. That was three days ago. No call back. Sadly, after how much time I have spent trying to resolve this issue I am not surprised.

Nextiva understands startups and their packages make it possible to have a higher level of professionalism than other providers. I started with their basic plan and I can see how it can grow with my company. The features are amazing and support has been great as well. For once paying a phone account is not a grudge buy.
