Please see the attached letter to Nextiva and the attachments to the letter. We responded to the email as asked to close the account out. The person we responded to was Richard who is no longer with the company. Richard was to take care of this and obviously did not. The reviews attached are similar to what we have experienced with this company who continues to have an A+ rating with Revdex.com. Please review their rating as there is no way possible it would be an A+ and people depend on your service to review a company prior to taking on a contract with them. Their reply is not acceptable to me

I don't understand the responseI also do not know who is speaking and why they can not speak through emailWas that you with the phone number or Nextiva? Also, there is a reason which is shady to me right away why someone will not write an emailSounds to me as they do not want to put anything in writing that can be used against themAlso, they say the calls are recorded on their end but never can find them or never present them back to meLady this isn't my first RODEOThat should be a red flag to you the Revdex.com right awayI have spoken to these people times and they have laughed in my face even though I have sent them all the proof and do nothing about itwe have had our first response and calls already and then you decided to say that this is not something Revdex.com handles until I explained and now we are back to square oneI have contacted the state agency of communication, and filed a complaint, my credit card I have filed a dispute and sent them all of the proof and they are working onYou the Revdex.com are the only one sending me in circlesObviously I would not be contacting the Revdex.com and filing complaints if these people were business professional and were capable of doing the right thing instead of being Cooperate Robots for a Monopoly. Explain to me again why the Revdex.com is here to protect the people and stop businesses from corruption and manipulation of people yet do nothing about itYou contact them to keep contacting me and basically telling me to *** and offering me $back when the lied to me and robbed me for $and I have all of the proof, The illegally change the account holder, were sending my bill ...my business to someone that didn't need to know my business and personal information like name, address, date of birth, social all of this stuff could have been take from me, what I pay a monthThings that is confidential they violated my rights, my privacy, lied to me, didn't change, didn't, call back, hundreds of emails, how many work ordersYet you still want me to talk to get the same responseOne top of that my phone has for the past days not been working they were supposed to call me Friday, called me today when on and aptand now no call backI want my credit for the days tooThis company is a joke and honestly the Revdex.com doesn't care about anyone or anythingThat is why this country is the way it isIt's not even American what you people doSee if was you or your family this isn't $or $this is Thousand should I write it in crayonLike do any of you p[people do your job or care about anyone elseI am just about to go to the media with the Revdex.com and NextivaObviously you and all the other corrupt agencies that are for the people don't really care about the peopleIt's a sad world and hopefully u or a family member or loved one don't ever get $taken from you.
