I have never used the internet before so I'm just trying my best
Average wait time to get someone from support has been 10+ minutes even when it says i'm next in the queue.
At best, this operates as a word document for you to save your answers that you can copy and past into the grant applications. DO NOT USE THEM
So, I called them and spoke with the 'manager' Juan who needs lessons in customer service. He would not help and on top of that he would not assist me in deleting my account. So my account will just sit there. Horrible please do not waste your time.

Just had a horrible experienceTrying to get out of debt and get support for my businessI filled out the questionnaireI was called back hours later by a man who at first sounded very nice and helpfulThings changed when I wanted to keep asking questions about their company and what they doHe grew impatient and frustrated and very rude and disrespectfulHe kept telling me, with his high pressure sale tactics, to sign me up for their service and if I can't give him a yes or no right then he would take me out of the system and make the same mistake everyone else does who doesn't use their serviceHe told me how he spent minutes on the phone with me and normally he signs people up in minutesI don't care about everyone else! This is your job! If you want to help me so bad, don't high pressure me, and answer the questions I haveHe went on to try to tell me how he wanted to help but that he didn't want to be disrespectful but already had beenI told him I felt like he was already being disrespectful by telling me I'm wasting his time by not giving him an answerHe said he has many years on me as if that would make any difference in my decisionI still don't have the info I would need to determine if I want to use the serviceAt this pointI had already told him I've been scammed by a debt consolidation company and I've had my identity stolenI voiced my concerns which he didn't seem to care about giving me information that would let me know they are not in the scamming businessOr what they can doI basically heard a lot of "I need a yes or no now" He then hung up on me as I was in mid sentenceHis extension was [redacted] through the 888-364-phone numberWhich is in the websiteI will not use them nor would I recommend them

I was declined a grant from two different grants. Can I please be refunded my $ now. I didnt have the money to even do this. I'm a single mother of 4. I need the money for my bills. That's why I applied for help with grants. I can't get into my account once it declined me the second one it keeps telling me my email and password don't match. Please give me a refund and cancel my account with you. I was declined from two grants. I no longer want to try anymore. I don't see why it says this websight it to help but you charge. I can't afford to pay my bills much less give you a free $29.99 I mean really. Refund my money please and cancel my account threw you. Thank you.
I'm leary of this company bcuz if their claims is to help you obtain a grant why charge a $fee?
New USA Funding wants me to give them $to find me a grant for my business start up They claim that I qualify for many grants It started out with me paying them $for days access to their website I canceled my membership because I received a turn down from one of the companies that contacted me about giving me a loan According to their garrantee I should get a refund

Stating that there is sufficient information provided to me letting me know of the automatic charge to my credit card may be trueI was trying to explain that regardless of this, for whatever reason, I still misunderstood and was unaware of the second chargeI was hoping for understanding and consideration in this matterAs a customer, who paid for a month and perhaps would have looked for service again was hoping that I would not be seen as a liar who was trying to scam the companyI’m sure it is possible for you to see that I had not used the service or signed in since the 11th and I’m not trying to receive something and not pay for itThe lack of understanding and inability to try and help me was completely uncalled forI have submitted a charge dispute to my credit card company as I did not in writing or knowingly otherwise authorize the second chargeIt DOES NOT say in writing on my confirmation email that I will automatically be billed for the following months in the amount of $or to avoid said charge will have to call and cancelObscure language is used however, which was mistaken for a reminder that IF I did continue service the amount would increaseI am not trying to rip of New USA Funding, but now I am aware that this is what you do to paying customersRegards,
Apparently this company have different names but same address I signed up for their help and was promised an email on how to get started , never received the email I asked for my money back because they never sent me anything , and they said no refund Also , in their other name , it states that they don't work for the US Government So , do they or don't they ? Good question I just talked to the FTC about this and they told me that you shouldn't and don't have to pay for grants , funding and things of that sort They are definitely a fraud When they emailed me they said "ACCOUNT NOT FOUND" I've given them my email so many times to find my account , and the last time I gave it , all of a sudden , they find it They never sent me the program , took my money , then told me "NO REFUND"Refund for what , they never sent me a damn thing and now won't give me my money back They are not accredited with the Revdex.com and their rating is 100% negative with the Revdex.com Oh , they told me to contact my bank Here's the thing , I never used my bank account for this , I in fact used my credit card I guess they feel that I can get my money back through a bank and they get to keep my money that they stole from me , NOT PEOPLE , PLEASE DON'T USE NEW USA GRANTS OR NEW USA FUNDING , IT'S THE SAME DUMB *** COMPANY As to the ones that cursed them , honey you have every right to curse their dumb *** out , they stole from you , too
I have been calling for weeks to cancel my account. It has been impossible for me to get someone. I'm tired of being on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I call . They have now charged my card $34.00. I have now had to cancel my card. I refund would be nice.
