Throughout the 4 yrs, I found New Era's entire staff to be responsive, transparent, professional, and in high integrity. They worked hard & diligently on my behalf. Some months I could not make the install payment ~ and they allowed me to skip a month here & there without penalties. During the 3rd year I revised my original monthly payment amount to be less ~ which added some months to my program's completion and payoff ~ but worked better for my budget. New Era shielded me from all creditors ~ so I was spared the false fear creditors instill with nasty telephone & written communications. New Era takes one of the lowest mark-ups in the industry for their services. They offer their records openly ~ so you know exactly what you pay them & what you pay your creditors. I started talking to Alyssa about 2 weeks ago. I was so unsure as to what I needed to do to get out of debt. I just started the program today and working with Alyssa has been the best. She never pressured me and answered my questions anytime of the day or night. New Era Debt Solutions is an awesome debt consolidation company that was very helpful in finding the right program for my husband and I to enroll in to consolidate our outstanding debt and worked very hard to ensure that all our creditors were paid off and accounts settled within the timeframe they provided and everyone we worked with there, from start-to-finish, were wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help to get out of debt. Our debt consolidation specialist, Jason, was a pleasure to work with and always went above and beyond whenever we needed additional help or had additional questions and always took the time to make sure we understood what was happening along the way.

A company that does what they say they will do. Also prompt in answering my questions. Recommend talking to them if you find yourself overextended.

Without their assistance I would have needed 18 years to payoff my debts and at a higher payment than what I was paying into my payoff account. The biggest problem when your debt gets too high is the staggering interest charges. So with those gone and their negotiated reductions in principal debt freedom happens much sooner. They did a great job for me.

Also there is the Veritas Legal Plan which really does work-(staff at New Era will explain that too) covers lawyers/staff to help with collection calls and other things. It really works! I was getting so many collection calls and an intake specialist with a law firm that works under Veritas Legal Plan contacted me, requested list of collection calls and took care of it...the staff at New Era Debt Solutions is there to answer questions too...
