I have found out that Ron H[redacted] is a very resourceful person. He has been able to strategize and use his power of delegation to bring me peace of mind regarding possible debilitating problems within my business. I feel trust is a very important factor and without that you cannot have peace of mind. And remember there is no price tag that you can put on peace of mind!

Don was very at ease and made a complex task enjoyable. He was very patient and adept at putting people at ease. Kept to the task at hand but was able to add a little humor to make things go more smoothly.

We joined NCH in early November. We have been extremely satisfied with all the help we have received in setting up our business. They even called us to help us fill out all the paperwork for filing for our new EIN number. Every member of their team has been very helpful and kind. You really get a sense of family. They really seem to care about you as a member of the NCH family. All too often these days...to most businesses you are just another number. Not to our reps at NCH! They say they care, and they back it up with their actions!
