Bryan H*** was very helpful in assisting me with the LA Secretary of State Foreign Entity Filing for of our business My corporate coach, Jazzmen, was sick and my appointment would have been cancelled if Bryan had not step in to take her placeHe also went above and beyond taking the time to completely answer questions that I had regarding our business structure that has confused me and my accountant in Louisiana for some time He also explained registered agents and their importance in great detail His answers and explanation were detailed and thorough and very enlightening I feel I understand so much more and so much more completely now
