It made me pick a star rating for me to send this message. I dont give it any stars! Ordered a phone case. They sent out saying my order is shipped. Saying Pre-Shipment

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

NORWALK, CA 90650 still haven't got it. It has said that for a month. Wrote them no response back. They take your money and don't give you what you paid for.

I ordered a phone case and chose priority 2-4 day shipping. I received my phone case in 3 days. I'm very satisfied with my experience with myphonecase.com. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't provide me with tracking information until it was delivered.

As is the situation with many of the reviews and complaints on this site, there's an ongoing delay with my order and I'm not receiving any response from the company to my inquires. I ordered a phone case on 4/16/16 and did receive notification the order was "fulfilled" on 4/20/16, and a shipping label was created. "Pre-Shipment Info" was sent to the USPS on 4/22/16, but the product hasn't been shipped yet. So much for the 3-6 days it supposedly would take to receive my order. Of course there is no customer service # on the site, so I'm forced to send messages, which have gone unanswered. So I seemingly have no recourse but to just wait. It appears the vast majority of the complaints filed here have also gone unanswered by the company, so it seems almost pointless filing an official complaint. I don't understand how a company is allowed to operate like this. My young daughter was initially so excited to receive her new phone case, but now every day I have to tell her it still hasn't arrived and now after reading the information here who knows when or if it will. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this company.

Took my money (via paypal) on October 5th. October 20th and they still haven't shipped the product!

I ordered a phone case from myphonecase.com and it arrived with a crack. I contacted the company and was told to e-mail a photo of the damage and they would replace it. I e-mailed a photo as instructed but they did not get back to me. I followed up twice but they would not respond. I finally sent them another e-mail telling them that I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint and put a hold on payment. They then responded telling me that they had that case on back order and would be sending me another one. That was 3 months ago and I never got the case. This company do not stand by their inferior products, nor will they replace it. Needless to say, I never did pay for it. Horrible company

I ordered a phone case for my son. About a week later, I got an email saying a shipping label had been created. Then nothing for weeks. I emailed about 6-7 times during this period and never heard back. Eventually, I had [redacted] cancel the payment. Very frustrating.

I ordered two phone cases on Thursday July 17, 2015. It is now July 31, 2015 and they have yet to ship my order. I got an email conformation on July 28, 2015 that the order had been shipped with the shipping number to track via USPS.com. When I go to track the package, all it states is that the label has been created. They have not even shipped out my order yet.

If my order does not arrive in one week I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. After reading the two other reviews on this site, I am confident that this is a scam. I work for a large bank and deal with disputed charges everyday. I usually check into the websites I order, but against my better judgement, I didn't do any reseach on Myphonecase.com. Honestly, I feel rather stupid for ordering anything from this horrible site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING AT THE WEBSITE.

RUN!!! These guys advertise shipping within 24 hours, but it took 3 days to ship my item. Ordered on 11-12-2016, tracking number sent via autogeneration on 11-17-2016. Plus I paid for priority shipping, & I'm still waiting on my purchase, today is 11-20-2016. I've sent several emails inquiring about my product, & still have not received a response. I'm only hoping that the product is as advertised, but I'm doubtful.
