Took money and did not give me a tracking number for the order (# 241755).

No email response
No phone response

They should be shut down !

Aggravating experience, unanswered numerous emails and a phone call which promptly went to a full voicemail box. Paid for 2 day shipping from this CALIFORNIA company and phone case finally came 9 days later from ONTARIO CANADA. PLEASE CHECK THE BBB WEBSITE REGARDING THIS COMPANY. THEY'VE HAD NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO THE BBB.
I feel lucky that I got the case at all.

Ordered two Otterbox Commuter cases for a Galaxy S8 because they are discontinued by Otterbox. Merchandise arrived in good time. Both boxes were open. The inner rubber sleeves on both cases are discolored and hard, not flexible at all. Good thing I really only need the shell (mine cracked when I dropped my phone). Will not buy from them again.

Only received half my order. No response to contact attempts. HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Same as other customers here. Took the money on March 5th. No correspondence, no communication, no merchandise. It’s only like 15 bucks but multiply that by the number of ripped off consumers. Ridiculous!

Order a 2 pack of glass screen protectors for my S8. They were bowed and did not sit on the screen in the middle of the glass. Emailed them twice and tried to call but got no response. Don't buy anything from them!

I ordered a phone case in March of 2020, I have never received any merchandise, I use the track number and it took me to the Yorba Linda post office, they investigated and responded by telling me that the company took a tracking number but never gave them the merchandise to send out. This is their game they provide you with a tracking number so that it looks legitimate and they never give any merchandise to the post office to mail They took the money out of my account which really ticks me off. I will continue to go after them so that they go out of business and do not continue to rip people off. I did not want to give them any stars, the review would not post without giving the some rating.

Same experience as others who have dealt with this company(?). Unresponsive to requests for status, unresponsive to requests for cancellation and refund. Do not do business with this company. I left messages at their contact site, left phone messages and emails. After six weeks from the beginning of the purchase and their receipt of payment no product was received or any attempt to contact me with status of order. It is obvious that this is either a scam or a defunct company.

On May 23 I ordered a phone case and paid the priority shipping expense. I have tried to call and leave messages for them to get back to me, (***), but as of today and another message leaving a call back number, I have gotten no response again. (5/29/2020

After I purchased my phone case on myphonecase.com I received a notice that I will receive a confirmation on my e-mail. They lied and I did not receive anything from them and when I went to their website they just ignored me. It's been a month since I ordered my phone case from them and nothing. Do not trust them, they are nefarious and fraudulent. What a RIP-OFF ! Their company is at P.O. Box 196 Yorba Linda CA 92885 and their phone number is 323-929-6878. This company should be reported to the authories.

I placed an order on 4/17/2020. Have not received my phone case. But they sure as hell took my payment. They will not answer phone or emails. I check status and it says no order exists. I would say they are scammers and cheats.

Took my money (via paypal) on October 5th October 20th and they still haven't shipped the product!

I ordered a phone case on 1/ A shipping ticket through USPS was generated, and my payment was taken When I placed the order, I got a popup to use a code for a 10% discount The option to take the discount didn't come up in my cart It is now 1/and the tracking status stills shows, shipping label, but not shipped Have contact by email on both issues and have not heard back from them
