James A, you must work for this company. The 2 day shipping is a scam, and contact them as you may, you will not get a response. Placed an order, on 1 item, 6 (working) days ago. My order said delivery date would be today, but tracking shows it is sitting in Columbus, Ohio. I have now sent them 4 emails, requesting info. Guess what? Nothing. So don't fall for the shipping nonsense. Communication is EVERYTHING.
On 1/30/20, MPS posted notice at the top of every page on our web site, on our shipping page and at checkout that we are experiencing a delay in shipping to due an unprecedented number of orders being received with the Coronavirus emergency. That notice shared that we were working round the clock to process and pack new food kits and continue to ship orders on a first come, first served basis as quickly as possible. You can find that shipping delay statement we update regularly here. Our order confirmation email also shared similar delay information. Even with the noted delay, this order placed 1/31/20 did deliver 2/6/20 according to UPS tracking.
I ordered from My Patriot Supply on March 8, 2019. I was told that I would receive an update on my shipment from them within 1 full business day. I had to contact them AFTER 1 WEEK to ask what the status of my order was as I received zero communication from them. I was told that 2 items (out of about 20) were placed on back order but that the rest had shipped and I was given a tracking number. When my "shipment" arrived this morning, March 19, 2019, I received 12 items out of 20 with ZERO communication on where the other items are or when they will be shipped or IF they have ALREADY been shipped. This organization HAS my credit card number, my PHONE number, my email address and my home address. I SHOULD be able to expect some sort of communication as PROMISED...
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, there was a delay as 2 of the 20 items ordered where not ready to ship when the order was placed. An email with Fed Ex tracking was sent to the customer on 3/13/19 and Fed Ex picked up two boxes from our shipping center on 3/13/19 at noon. During transport of the two boxes, Fed Ex seperated delivery times for an unknown reason. Box one according to Fed Ex tracking delivered on 3/19/19 at 9:45a. The second box delivered the following day. The customer contacted us via chat on and with 2 emails 3/15 and we replied to each that day. The customer also chatted with us on a Facebook post and in Messenger on 3/18/19 and this tracking information was shared at that time as well. To our understanding on 4/10/19, all packages and items have been delivered and we have not heard further from the customer. We apologize of an inconvenience.
I have been using My Patriot Supply for many years. I'm not one to normally leave reviews, either negative or positive, but this company has blown me away. They really care, and offer great products at a fair price. I'm proud to continue to be their customer.
