Review: The consumer stated that they ordered a product from this business 2 weeks ago and never received an email with a tracking number. She then sent emails made multiple phone calls and never was contacted. The customer was hoping to receive the product before she leaves for vacation.Desired Settlement: The customer would like to have the product, if that is not possible then a refund will do.

Review: I ordered from Mprint swimwear's website on December 1, 2014. That's LAST YEAR. I became a bit concerned when it was the end of December and I still haven't recieved my order that I paid nearly $100 for. I got an order confirmation email and everything so I thought the business was legit, but four months later I haven't received anything. They don't even reply to my furious emails. I'm still trying to figure out a way to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back ASAP. This business provides NO customer service at all.

Review: I ordered a pair of bikini bottoms about three months ago for a special occasion, paid, they charged my card, and I never received them, the occasion has now passed. I tried contacting them about five or six times, and every time they offered me a free pair of bikini bottoms and a coupon for a free pair. Never received anything. They no longer respond to me anymore. I lost $60.Desired Settlement: I would like my two pairs of bikini bottoms, and my money back.

Takes over a month to receive orders. Order placed on 11/29 and receive 12/26. Company does not return phone calls or emails when checking on status of order placed. Then tells me I didn't pick faster shipping. Worst customer service.

Review: I made my order (#00955) to MPrint Swimwear on 11/29/14. The website states that holiday shipping will take 3-4 weeks. After Christmas, I sent an email to their stated contact info ([email protected]), asking about the status of my order, and received no reply. I then received an email saying that my item was shipped on 12/28/14 (4 weeks past the order date/processing). I STILL have not received that order or any of the items, have emailed the company THREE times demanding a refund and response of some sort--to no avail. I can not get ahold of any contact within the company, wish to be refunded my $52.48, and think this business is horribly run and should not be able to operate.Desired Settlement: $52.48, the FULL amount for order #00955 placed on 11/29/2014

Review: We ordered a swim suit for our daughter on November 30, 2014. Based on the shipping timelines given on the Mprint Swimwear website, we anticipated delivery within 3-4 weeks given that the order was placed during the "holidays". It is now Jan. 30, 2 months later, and we still have not received the suit. However, the company had no delay in charging my credit card. We have received 2 e-mails from the company. The first one on Nov. 30, with "shipping confirmation" and then a second one on Jan. 21 where the "CEO/Owner" Suzanne Silva stated "I will work to track it down immediately." Almost another 10 days have passed and no reply. I have sent 2 additional e-mails asking for an update, and am still waiting... You can imagine how disappointed our daughter was when it came time for our family vacation and the cute suit (and the only suit) she selected never arrived. She paid for the suit using her babysitting money. I kindly request that Mprint do the right thing. Either send the suit immediately, or a refund. It's not asking much, other than for you to do your job or return the money.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund in the amount of $49.99, which was charged to my credit card.

Review: My daughter received a pair of bikini bottoms from my husband and I for Christmas from Mprintswimwear which we received but were the incorrect size. We sent them back as instructed by Mprintswimwear. That was one month ago we have been e-mailing them and have received nothing I return however they of course have the bottoms and charged our credit card and we have nothing. I have seen many complaints on their Facebook page regarding the same exact thing. Please help.Desired Settlement: A replacement or refund would be great!!!

It took over a month to get here, but my bikini is exactly as shown. Good quality and very cute :).

Review: I placed an order with the company in November during their Black Friday sale. I still have not receive any comformation information or shipping information although the money had been taken from my account. Since I ordered the swimsuits over 2 months ago I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply. I do not reccomend ordering from this site, to much frustration.Desired Settlement: The best possible outcome would be to get my money back and the swimsuits as well but I would be happy with my money back.

Review: I ordered a suit some time in October 2014 hoping to use it during winter break on a cruise. It NEVER CAME and on top of that I have gotten ZERO responses UGH. Review: My 15 year old daughter ordered a swimsuit from this company. She did not like the quality of the suit and we mailed it back within 3 days after receiving it. I did not hear anything from the company for weeks after returning the suit. I have emailed several times and after a couple of months was assured they were going to mail a check to my daughter. Another couple of months has passed and no check and now no answers to my email. Review: Not to sure if the business "mPrints Swimwear" is bogus or not, but I ordered a bathing suit from them January 26th. Before ordering I emailed them to make sure I'd receive my package before I left for my vacation (February 6th). They immediately emailed back telling me yes it arrive within 3 business days since I lived within the same country. It has now been 15 business days since then and still no package. I've only gotten in touch with them one other time and it was when they promised me next day shipping, clearly that never happened. Now with the various emails I've sent there has been no response because they've only been complaints. There is no other way for me to get in touch because the only contact information listed is the email address. Please get back to me ASAP if you know any type of result to my ongoing issue. Review: Ordered two swimsuits, charged credit card. Received swimsuits three months later and completely all the wrong sizes. Will not get back to me to refund my money after attempting to contact them several times. Company is a total scam. I never received items and have made several attempts (multiple emails) to contact customer service with no response.Desired Settlement: I see that there have been multiple complaints about this company, with the same issues I have had. This company is stealing money from consumers and should be shut down.

Review: I discovered Mprintswimwear.com online and decided to purchase a bathing suit on black friday. Due to the late and busy holiday shipping I didnt recieve my suit, until christmas time, which was fair enough. I loved my bottoms; however, they were too small. I went on the businesses instagram page (since thats where they reply to most (only half of their costumers)) and was told to mail it back with my email and what sis I wanted to exchange. So far, everything's decent. I sent back the bottoms January 7th!! It is now april 18th and still no bathing suit, refund, or reply back on instagram or my email! I am so incredibly fed up with this "business" worst costumer service because there is none. On instagram the people who continuously write to them get a response saying they will get a refund for their money and a free bathing suit, sorry we're going under new management. I would think this was all a scam and fraud except some people got their bathing suit and were good. M, on the other hand, want them to be confronted and stopped!Desired Settlement: I want this company reprimanded or stopped, and I would like my money back and or my actually bathing suit that I purchased 7 months ago.
