Review: I bought a swimsuit from this company mora than two weeks ago and I have not received the package nor any information regarding its whereabouts. When contacting the costumer service my calls and emails were ignored.Desired Settlement: I no longer want the product and would like my money back.
Review: I placed my order (one baby blue cheeky bikini with the heart on the back) a few days after Thanksgiving during your Black Friday sale. I ordered over the phone in which I realized that was a huge mistake because I never received a confirmation number. Weeks went by and I still never got a response. Although the Instagram was up and running promoting their products. I called over 10 times and left countless amounts of voice messages regarding my order that was never taken care of. I read comments on the Instagram page and saw that there was a customer service email. Of course, I sent out an e mail and no response. The money is taken out of my account, no confirmation number, and no product. I'm very unhappy wth this business and I'm NOT okay with my money being stolen from me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund now.
Review: It has already been 20 days since I ordered my product on January 19th and I still have not received it. After reading the overwhelming comments on the Instagram page of this business of other displeased customers (some who haven't received products they ordered in November 2014), I felt it was necessary to file yet another delivery issue against this company. I really wish I would have done my research before buying this swimsuit.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product I purchased since I was promised it would arrive in 5-7 business days and it has been 15 business days and I still haven't received it yet.
Review: I placed an order on 11/28/14 ("Black Friday")for a bikini top and bottom as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On December 20, I attempted to contact Customer Service by phone to ask whether my order had yet been shipped and -- despite the website advertising live call representatives -- I received a voice mail message. After sending an email inquiry, I was informed that the website stated 3-4 weeks for processing and that, once shipped, the order was in the hands of USPS. The email further stated that the shipment was subject to complications that might be incurred by USPS. On December 28, I received an email from Mprint Swimwear indicating that the order had been shipped by USPS. And today, as of 1/7, my order has not been received. I went to the company website to obtain the phone # so that I could call to inquire about the status of the order. Upon calling, I received an automated messagewas put on hold for several minutesand again was directed to voice mail. I left a voice mail message inquiring about the order. This was earlier this afternoon; I have yet to receive a return call.Upon returning to the website, I noticed that the website still was showing Black Friday specialsthe website had not been changed since November 28, the date my order was placed. This led to my growing suspicion that I was never going to receive my order, and that the website was not legitimate.On the payment page of the website, there is a Truste verification logo. Upon further investigation, this does not appear to be a legitimate verification; the logo is slightly different from that which is posted on the official Truste website and there is no link to the Truste verification page.Interestingly, while this does not appear on the payment page, the company website does indicate that the company ships using USPS first class that is untrackable. Why, then, did I pay a $4.99 shipping and handling fee?Needless to say, I dont believe that I will ever receive this swimsuit, nor do I believe it ever was sent to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my order. I also believe that this company should be investigated, as I am concerned that credit card information is being collected and merchandise is not being shipped.

Love their products, they're cute and so far the only bikini company I have seen with the idea to have cutouts that tan cute shapes on yourself. Kind of expensive, but again they're so cute and not bad quality. Some of the styles do run a bit small so maybe get a size up, not a big deal. The only problem I have with this company is that they don't give you a shipping date estimate and no tracking info so you basically just wait for a package to randomly arrive, which can be rather frustrating if you're not always home. Also the shipping does take quite long and I'm not even outside of the US. I can order other packages from different companies on the same day I order from mprint and receive those packages way before. Other than the shipping though, I do really love the products and will continue to be a customer because the good most definitely outweighs any bad :)
Review: I ordered two bathing suit bottoms right after black Friday 2014 and it is now approaching February - and I have received nothing. I finally got a shipping confirmation December 28th (with no tracking information - just that it shipped w/ USPS) and nothing came. Nobody will respond to my emails, phone calls, instagram, twitter, facebook... I've tried everything. They charged my card right away and 7 weeks later I have seen nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and this company to be stopped. They are charging credit cards and giving no product - pretty sure this is stealing?
Review: Ordered a bikini on December 1st along with thousands of other customers on the Black Friday Sale. Did not receive a tracking number nor confirmation on the orders status. Have sent over 500 emails to their customer service and also left hundreds of offline messages on their website. It is now Jan 14 and I am still waiting for my bikinis to arrive. Their Instagram account has been flooded with hundreds of complaints with people receiving no communication on their status of their order or their bikinis in general. They have a website full of products to order however no orders get sent out. They take your money and you never hear from them again.Desired Settlement: I would not only like a refund for the products I didn't receive but I want this website shut down. Hundreds of people are stuck with no confirmation on the orders and their money taken from them with no products sent. This website needs to be shut down to prevent other people from getting scammed.
Review: During the month of November 2013, I ordered two swimsuits from Mprint Swimwear. The bottoms of both swimsuits were too small on me, so I emailed the contact email to get an address to send the bottoms to exchange for a different size. Less than two weeks later on November 15, 2013, I sent the bottoms to the address that the CEO of the company, [redacted], emailed me ([redacted] Lompoc CA 93436). I still have the tracking receipt from the post office to prove that I did send them to this address, and now almost three months later I still have not received the exchanged swimsuit bottoms, or my money back. I also saw on their Facebook page that this problem has happened to many customers, not just me. No one will reply to my emails to the same email anymore, which I also saw complaints of from other customers. These swimsuit bottoms are about $55 each, therefore I would like either the new size or my money back because they weren't cheap. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like the new swimsuit bottoms or my money back. Also, for the business to be shut down if they are just going to scam everyone that buys from them. Thank you.
Review: On 3/19/2015 I ordered a bikini bottom from Mprint Swimwear and received it just a couple of weeks later however it wasn't the one I ordered. I looked on my receipt and then again online to try and find a phone # and couldn't find one so I sent them an email. Almost 3 weeks later on 4/10/15 I received a response apologizing stating I could return the bottom and they would send the correct one out. On 4/29/15 I emailed again asking for the status of my shipment and no response, on 5/14/15 I received an email apologizing again and that the correct bikini bottom was being shipped. Still received nothing and on 6/13/15 I emailed with no response and then again on 6/29/15 stating that I no longer wanted the bikini bottom but a refund of the $44.99 I paid. Today is 7/31/15 and I've not received an email or any correspondance from this company. They still have my money and I've received nothing in return. At this point I no longer want the bikini bottom I just want my money back and will no longer do business with this company. Very poor customer service. Thank you for any help you can give.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $44.99 I paid for the merchandise I never received.
Review: I ordered bathing suit bottoms from the company in January, they sent me an email a couple weeks later saying the order would be another 3-4 weeks or I could get my money back. I said I would wait, 3 months later I've yet to get it, I sent them several emails saying I just want my money back and no response. I go on their instagram which is still active and I give them them my order number and ask where my order is again. They finally email me and tell me it should be here in the next 3-4 business days and its been a couple weeks since then and I still don't have it, and I've emailed them back and no response again. Really frustrating.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, I spent 29.98. Its not a lot but I still want it back.
Review: I placed my order on March 16, 2015, via the website. I was sent a confirmation. The company advertises the product will ship in 3-5 business days. After not receiving my package, I sent an email inquiring as to the status. Mprint responded and provided a USPS tracking number, ### #### #### #### #### ##. That number is not found on the USPS tracking tool. I have since sent an additional email to the company demanding a refund, which the website advertises is allowed. Had I looked at the Revdex.com reviews and online ahead of time, I would not have ordered from this company. I now have to go to my bank to cancel my Visa, and file a dispute in an attempt to get my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Full refund!
Review: I ordered a product from this company on 1/19 and was told shipping would take 5-7 days. Review: I placed an order with MPrint Swimwear on black Friday and have never received my purchase! I have sent 3 emails and even called customer service without any reply. I went onto their social media sites and have seen comments from hundreds of other customers who are in the same situation as me! I want my money back! This brand must be a scam!Desired Settlement: I paid $35 to this company and demand a refund! this is just ridiculous!
Review: From what I have come to realize, this store is only an online store, as I have not heard of or ever been to an actual store location. Around May of 2015 I ordered a bathing suit from this company and my first complaint is that I didn't receive in until August of the same year. They never warned me that it would take a while to process or ship, and I was expecting to get it within 1-2 weeks. When I finally received the bathing suit, the sizes that I receive were wrong although the sizes that I ordered were in fact on the receipt, the bathing suit still came in the wrong sizes. I sent the package back, (not knowing how else to contact them because no one would respond to my emails) and with the package I included a note demanding a refund or an exchange in a decent time frame. I have gotten none of these. I have had multiple emails and even shared Instagram messages with employees and they say they will fix the problem and will send my bathing suit to the correct address, but it's already January of 2016 and no one from the business has bothered to contact me again even after I've sent them multiple messages. I can see when they've opened my messages on Instagram, and they've also updated their website and posted pictures on all social media since I last contacted them. This is outrageously disrespectful to me, as I was recommended these amazing bathing suits from many friends. Their customer service is pitiful and their lack of care for their customers needs to be fixed immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like my bathing suit exchanged, as I sent the wrong sized suits back. They have assured me that I will get it, but that was around October or November I do believe and I still have not heard back since. They are aware of my address as I have sent it to them many times before in my request for an exchange. I'm sure they are all aware of my situation because I have talked to at least 4 different employees.
Review: My daughter ordered a swim suit from Mprint Swimwear and it was never received. It has now been over three months and after nearly attempts at contacting the company I was finally able to speak to an employee via Mprint live chat. My daughter was informed that she would receive a refund via mail. After two weeks we still have not received the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my daughter to received the refund as promised by the company.
Review: A bikini was ordered from this website but it was never shipped. I received an order confirmation and the money was taken out of my account but it never shipped and I don't know where it is. I tried contacting through social media, which it appears there is plenty of time to post on but have received no response. I also tried emailing customer service, which I have seen two different emails given out and I still have received no response.Desired Settlement: I would either like the money to be returned to my account or I would like the swimsuit. Either one is fine with me at this point.
Review: My sister ordered from this company in January as a gift. It is now March and I have not received anything. They do not answer emails or calls but continue to post on social media and advertise products they are sold out of. (Instagram) they also did not refund the money I spent after they said they would.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money that was spent on the bathing suit that I never received.
I ordered several items at the beginning of Nov. At the beginning of Jan, I emailed customer service to check on an estimated delivery date and did not get any response. I emailed several times over the next few weeks with no response again. Finally, I received an email that said I'd been issued a refund on one swimsuit top and that the other items had shipped. When they never arrived, I emailed the company again to ask why I was refunded and when to expect the package. Again no response. Our order finally arrived after two months. I still have no idea why we didn't receive the swimsuit top and were only refunded half its price. I will never again purchase anything from this company, and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. Please check their Facebook and instagram pages for the MANY other complaint comments from dissatisfied customers.
