Went almost months between first delivery and assembly of a bed Poor communication, non callbacks, and lack of job knowledge by customer service

Recently purchased a lift chairDelivery was scheduled between 1:and 3:in the afternoon I received a text at 11:stating the delivery team will be arriving in minutes I called the number that I received the text from to inform them no one would be home as the scheduled time was between 1- At 1:after not hearing from anyone, I contacted the store to confirm the delivery The representative said she didn't want to leave me on hold that she would call right back after she could get answers An hour later I called again as it was now 2:00pm and was told they wouldn't be able to delivery the chair today because it was damaged (was they going to delivery a damaged chair at 11:00???)
The correspondence is terrible, buyer beware!!

On 9/26/Morris agreed to refund protection plan as it was sold to us, still have not received the refundCalls and emails are not being returned

In April I purchased a sectional couch from Morris The couch has powered leg and head rests The delivery person who delivered the couch did not test the motors and left He also dropped the piece in my living room which may have caused the damage itself On top of that, it appeared he did not assemble the cough properly because a section was out of alignment with the other sections (the angle of the back rest was lower than the other sections It was an eyesore I was not impressed with the service rendered to say the least

I contacted customer support on August with a complaint on new furniture that was received damaged two large desks had issues with the drawers not latching and a bookshelf was not properly aligned customer support sent out a technician to determine best course of action for repairs on August Technician indicated that the desk drawers needed replaced and the entire bookshelf needed replaced When the technician left I signed a form that indicated only damage details and was told once again that my drawers and bookshelf would be replaced I suspect that at a later date the technician report was amended with additional information to specify replacement and parts needed, however as the company does not give copies of the signed form to customers at the time of signing I have no way to prove this I was later contacted by customer support around august

Morris Furniture sold me a living room set in 11/2017, the product fell apart months later, no resolution to date
