in August I ordered a complete dining room setTo date they have not been able to deliver to me an undamaged tableThey have delivered to me times with each tabletop or base damagedI am now out of patience and wish to return the table and chairs for a full refund ( it is on their credit card at the moment)The table is always scratched, the leaves don't fit or they're warped, and the attempts to cover these scratches etc are quite visibleeach time they deliver they're excuse is well these tables go through quite a lot to get to you...Really? I have been told several times by different delivery men that this is an on going problem with this particular table! it is my hope I'd get a nice table but thus far noThis last delivery the lady I spoke with says well maybe we can find you another tableI told her NO I'm not going through this againthe table comes unwrapped in their trucks so they are probably the ones scratching itI do not wish to deal with them again

I special ordered a sofa two months ago Sofa is not correct No follow up from store
I special ordered a sectional sofa in September and the sofa was delivered on December 22, When it was delivered, the sofa could not be properly put together due to a manufacturing error The delivery people were able to "fix" this error, but the sofa does not sit level Also, the throw pillows accompanying the sofa were wrong I immediately contacted the store in person, as leaving a message with customer service often doesn't result in follow up You cannot directly talk to customer service You must leave a message My manufacturing errors was basically blown off and I was told they would "investigate" I received a text days later after repeatedly contacting the store saying the manufacturer made and error and they would attempt to get me the proper pillows Again, no word on the fact the sofa doesn't properly attach Two months later, no contact No pillows Yet, they sti

[redacted] has no proof to substantiate her claim that the work was done improperly. We have a Final Engineering Report from [redacted], PE of PAL Services stating the work done correctly per the Scope of Work defined under the Agreement entered into by [redacted]. Per that Agreement (See Attached, "Agreement") Section One, Part E, #1 states that the warranty is NULL AND VOID if payment is not received within 30 days of completion. The work was completed December 12, 2016, see attached "Job Entry". Final invoice was submitted on January 9, 2017. Either way, she has not paid by January 12, 2017, 30 days from completion of work nor will she pay by February 9, 2017, 30 days from the date of Invoice so her warranty is now NULL AND VOID. I have intentionally not attached the Final Engineering Report because [redacted] has not paid for it. It is tendered at the time of final payment. We have sought an attorney in this collection matter and will be handling it thru Small Claims Court.

am rejecting this response because:
On January 18th, 2016, Centex Foundation repairs started work on repairing the foundation of my house, according to the contract.Unfortunately, I received an email from a staff member notifying me of a pipe that was broken during the repair.  She also notified me that Centex will not fix plumbing issues that occur during the repairs.  I was without hot water for about two weeks.   Which was turned off because of the leak from the pipe.  I contracted ARS recue rooters to fix and reroute my pipe.  I faxed the receipts of the assessment and rerouting that was done by ARS to Centex.  I received confirmation that all receipts were received by Centex. On March 18th, two months after the repair of the foundation, I received an answering machine message notifying of a drain pipe break.  I was totally unaware of this new drain line break.  I have called ARS to assess the drain line and faxed the result to Centex. To resolve this problem, I will like for Centex to conduct their own assessment of the drain line and pay for the drain line leak when found.I look forward to the resolution of this problem and will wait until a positive response from the Revdex.com.Please contact me by email only

I am rejecting this response because: The business is correct that I have not spent a penny with their company, but I am a warranty holder for work they have done, so how much money I have spent with them is irrelevant. The business did not address the lie their representative told when he entered my home and told my wife that all the work being recommended would be covered by the warranty, nor did they address the threat the owner made to not cooperate when I told him we would rather do business with a different company since we could no longer trust the work done by Centex Foundation Repair. I have also asked for all the documentation on the foundation work done on this house, and have received no documentation of a 3rd party engineer inspection.I have talked to several engineers that tell me this is a popular scam among foundation repair companies, to leave a spot or 2 without beams so that if somebody calls for warrantied work, they can charge for new beams and not have to dig without getting paid. It is clear representative from Centex came into my home and said all the necessary work would be covered by warranty only to be overridden by a greedy and dishonest business owner that would rather be paid to put in new beams than live up to the 'warranty' they offer. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Still not addressing the lie his representative told us, or the threat he made not to cooperate when I said I would take my business elsewhere if work was necessary. He’s choosing to focus on past work instead of the lie he told us directly.

We have a situation here where someone buys a property from one of our customers and then is dissatisfied when our warranty doesn't work the way he thinks it should.  We will not continue to debate this issue as it's clear he'll never be satisfied.  Instead we will allow our 26 year history and reputation speak for itself.  Best of luck to you Mr. [redacted]

We did respond to this complaint on 1/30/18 and our response is showing in your system.  I have included it below in case you are still missing it.  Thanks. This homeowner has recently purchased this property. He was not involved in any discussion about repairs to this home or the...

work we contracted to repair, nor has he spent a penny with our company. Now five years later he wants to second-guess decisions that were made and demands to know why it wasn't done right the first time. An independent third party engineer inspected the work that was performed and certified that it was done correctly and within industry standards. Our Lifetime warranty states that there is no charge for adjustments if repairs can be performed by adjusting piers we have in the ground. There are 8-10 such piers that need adjustment and there is no charge for such adjustments, however, there is an area where piers are not present and two more piers are needed to make improvements in that area. The current homeowner was told by the seller that the house was completely covered by warranty if they ever had any issues, but made no effort to verify that information with us. It's now somehow our fault and we're a SCAM. We wouldn't be in business for 26 years if we were "RUNNING A SCAM".
