My complaint is in regard to delivery issues and customer service This is a result of not receiving a package I had mailed to the addressI ordered product from Marykay on May 31st and had it shipped to Forestview apartmentsThe estimated delivery date was June 14th My dad lives at the residence and gave me permission to have it shipped to his addressDuring the week of June 5th me and my dad called daily to check and see if the package came in I know based off facts and history that whenever I order product from *** my package normally comes in a few days before the estimated delivery dateWe called everyday that week to check on the package and the answer was no it did not come in I Have been ordering from *** for over years and have had it shipped to the residence several times prior to this month Wednesday June 8th comes and I start to become utterly concerned about my productI checked the tracking and it said my package has been delivered and sent to t

I was supposed to received a security deposit refund and I have yet to receive it in a timely manner
I was a resident of Timberland Apartments located in Savannah, GA for two years I moved out on 2/14/and was sent a letter a week later that I would be receiving part of my security deposit within days When that time passed *** still no deposit I contacted the office They stated that they would contact their corporate office to see what the hold up was Instead of getting my security deposit, on 4/28/I received the same exact letter stating that I would be getting a check mailed to me within days On 5/12/17, I sent a letter to the apartment complex stating that if my deposit was not received within seven days of the date of that letter, I would seek further action Today is 6/1/and I have still not received my security deposit nor have I had any further correspondence from the apartment complex

The apartment complex does not offer a safe environment to live in
I moved into *** place apartments June of Everything seemed fine for the first few monthsAfter the first few months, I quickly realized that this complex is not safeUp until I terminated my lease early for safety reasons in February of 2018, there were multiple gunshots outside of my window almost daily, there were cars and apartments being broke into, I witnessed multiple drug deals in front of my doorI put all of my money into moving into this complex which is the only reason I stayed as long as I didIt got to the point I was staying at my moms a lot of the time because I didn't feel safeFinally my mom got enough money together to move me out and into a safer neighborhoodMultiple times I also called maintenance for a leaky ceiling and a big bubble they never fixed it, all they did was pop the bubble to let the water out and told the upstairs people to not keep it so cold so the ac would not d
