agreed by this customer and all customers for that matter at the moment of check out. Here is the specific TOS section that references this issue: “Deal site offers, promotional codes and event oriented prices are independent , they cannot be combined and shall be limited to one discount per service, per code/action. Shipping methods and speeds will be reserved to monogram hub Inc’s discretion and operational requirements.” For these reasons monogramhub.com will not comply with the customer desired settlement. in an effort to make up for this unfortunate experience we are willing to provide the customer with an unique 70% OFF discount coupon code. As opposed to the code that the customer used , this one is universal to any non-sale item on our website.

We are responding to our customer’s complaint.The customer placed an order; this order was placed on December [redacted]. The customer placed the order passed the cutoff date for Christmas. the reason why the deal site has not refunded the customer. If the customer wishes to cancel the order we can proceed and a refund will be approved. However we need confirmation since the order is on the final stages of production.

complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did get a full refund after more than a month of just trying to get a response from someone at the company. The customer service is terrible and something should be done. I've been fighting with them since February. Part of a successful business is communication and good customer service. I had to go to their site, their [redacted] page and file a complaint w/ the Revdex.com in order to get a response. Ridiculous.

Sent the wrong item and refuse to live up to it would not recommend this company to any one item was not what it showed on webpage when I received the item I would have been better off getting it out of a gumball machine

 When the order was placed, there was absolutely NO reference to orders after November [redacted] not being processed until after Christmas.  It wasn't until I sent a few emails that I finally got a response that they were running behind.   It clearly states 2-3 weeks during the checkout process.  It's now been 4 weeks and still the order hasn't shipped even though I was told my orders were on "high priority".  The company has my money, I would like the items.  Will never deal with this company again and will also let others know of this experience.

checkout section. We are attempting to reach out to this customer over the phone to converse regarding this particular topic. We are calling the registered daytime phone. We ask the customers to please provide a good time for a manager to contact her.

We contacted the customer over the phone and re-assured her that her items will be shipped before Christmas.

This customer is being assisted through our customer support channels in a diligent manner.We do not understand why this complaint was filed , since we are clearly assisting this customer.We are currently awaiting response from the customer in an effort to conclude this matter immediately.

ONCE MORE : In a full effort to resolve this issue in a manner that the customer would approve , we have issued and expedited rebuild order on 12-**-2014 on behalf of this customer with the approved design that we showed her back then on our email samples. We will proceed immediately and we will try to get the item before Christmas.UPDATE:The Item has shipped today [redacted] , [redacted] 2014. It is on its way to our distribution center in ** and from there it will be shipped to you address . The piece will arrive before Christmas.We are fulfilling our obligations as manufacturers of the item by Re-making and Re-Shipping the piece with the approved specs to the customer.

In response to the customers complaint.An order was placed on February the [redacted] for a total of 108.00.The order had the same letters ordered twice.  We needed to confirm if this was what the customer really wanted.  The order was placed on hold until further verification. We...

apologize over the fact that the event for which this purchase was made has passed, but the items are now built and ready to ship. Given the fact that this issue has been filed through the payment center as well we have decided to grant the customer’s request and provide a refund thus concluding our business according to the customer’s desired settlement.

This order was placed on the [redacted] of Feb , these items take 2-3 weeks in order for them to be completed.
The order is on the final stages and it should be out this week. On the [redacted] this order will be 3 weeks old, it will be out before that.

The customers orders are in production.Our customer service department has a response time of 24-48 hours.so far we have been able to maintain these standards , despite the holiday Rush.We got in touch with the customer. and everything is ok now.regards, Ralph.

I have never had such a shady experience with a business in my life. It's been 25 days since my order was placed. I was told via email my order was shipped days ago yet there is no tracking number. No phone number to call. They disabled comments on their [redacted] page. But they still are advertising all over the Internet, collecting more money from unsuspecting victims.
