I recognize that Christmas is a busy time, but, my order was places well before the rush.  Resolution of this should have occurred in October!  They have sent a credit to my paypal for the $15 I paid groupin, but I paid a further amount for the longer chain,At this point I honestly question their customer service!  They seem to have an excuse for December..but I'df you are going to sell for Christmas be ready for it.   I continue to get emails from this business to buy more....yet they seem incapable of handling errors!not sure where to go from here, but will not buy nor recommend this business"

I really wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered my daughter's Christmas present from Monogram Hub. It seems to be the same problem from everyone, the lack of customer service, no means of contacting a live person, and no response to the many emails that I have sent to them. I did an online chat with [redacted] to let them know that I was unable to reach anyone from Monogram Hub since I had purchased a groupon and I upgraded my order once on the site. [redacted] provided me with a phone number to contact Monogram Hub and all I got was a voicemail that says they are not taking phone calls, leave a message however, the mailbox was full. With the numerous amounts of accounts that are listed as negative here and all the people that have been scammed from this company, there should be something done about this. This company is getting money from everywhere and not delivering the merchandise, they have listings on multiple sites regarding deals. People are spending money with this company not knowing all the issues they will encounter. WHY IS THIS OK???? I am definitely surprised at [redacted], they are such a large company and they are still advertising for this company. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a fraud claim against them. this will be my last purchase and I will let everyone I know to stay away from this business.

The customer purchased this item on March. The customer has never reached out to our customer service department for assistance. If the customer received a defective item, it should have been reported immediately. Unfortunately for the customer, this item is out of warranty. We cannot refund a...

transaction 5 months after the fact. The customers refund request is denied.

I have been trying to get information in regards to my order since I purchased on black friday. I cannot get any info on my order number or tracking number. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for at least two weeks. Do not buy anything from them no matter how nice it looks. Literally ordered on black Friday and my two besr friends are not going to have gifts for xmas. Really really annoyed.

customer again until OCT ** when she emailed us again (through a new support ticket) complaining that she never got a response.?We responded on the same day (OCT **) asking for the attachment one more time.?Today is OCT the [redacted] and the customer is yet to respond to our emails. (We posses irrefutable evidence for this entire timeline) Clearly the customer is not getting our emails, or they may be going into [redacted] Junk mail folder.The customer must be experiencing some sort of technical support related difficulty, we have been responding quickly and diligently to every email sent by the customer. We will email the customer again today at the email address presented on this complaint. [redacted](This is the same we have on our support ticket.) We are willing to assist the customer. Al she needs to do is start replying to our emails.

Responding to the customer’s complaint: We made an attempt to ship the customer’s item and It was returned to us by the post office due to an invalid address. The customer did not reach out to our customer service department. We do not have any emails on file related to an order status request from...

this customer. One of our representatives reached out to the customer directly and received a different address. We will be re-shipping to this address in 24-48H.   For all intents and purposes we no consider this claim resolved.

 I contacted the Revdex.com not because it took to long, but because it took too long AND there is ZERO ways to communicate with your company. Your phone number is automated and tells you to access the web. There is no physical person to talk to. The manager called me after I filed the compliant and if that's the only way to talk to someone with your business I don't want to do business with you. I paid [redacted], but [redacted] says I have to contact you for a refund because the voucher with the INVALID code (from your company) has already been printed. Therefore, you owe me the refund. The compensation you say that the manager offered, was what? Not my refund. All he wanted to do was make excuses, how hard is it to get someone a new coupon code or call me to complete my order when I originally contacted your company over 2 weeks ago? I sent the email to customer service back in the middle of November and all I wanted was a working code, you failed at that mission. Your manager should have been calling me then, not after I contacted the Revdex.com. Return my money and you deal with [redacted]. I'm stuck in the middle with [redacted] who trusted you to sell your product and your company who blames everyone else! You're a shady operation!

We spoke on the phone with the customer . This issue now concluded.We will grant the customers dispute and we will not be shipping the item.

CHEAP, NOT LIKE PHOTO. The version I got was sharp and ridged. The lines are angled and not curved. Looks cheap. Feels cheap. Not like the photo on the website. I bought 3. They charged you $8.00 + for a 2 ounce bracelet. I had to contact the company to ask for them to combine the shipping. They refused. So I had to pay $26 dollars for a 6 ounce TINY package with TINY bracelets in it.
I was furious. I wasn't allowed to pay for all the groupons in one order to save in shipping so I was expecting the packages to be all separate. NOPE they all came in one tiny package. So they basically stole $20 from me. It amazes me that they charge $8 for shipping on ONE tiny bracelet... Then to double up and steal from your customers when they buy multiple. I am p[redacted] off. P.s NO REFUNDS. I tried that too. Awful.

Yes, I’m responding to complaint number above. This issue is not resolved at the current time but I was unable to reply off you web page. I did receive a second necklace, however, first it was shipped to Anchorage, AK and we live in Springdale, AR then once we finally received the necklace it was Silver instead of the Gold one that was order. It’s to the point of dealing with the company where it’s really not worth the time or effort.

Regarding their comment: One of our agents will be getting in touch with the customer through our regular support channel and request all pertinent information regarding refund methods.Their agent emailed me over a week ago asking for my email address, since then nothing has happened.

horrible customer service, they do not respond to your email request, cant get through by phone. WILL EVER USE THEM AGAIN
