I bought a jacket they said delivered in 7-10 days that was on 1/30 on the 2/10 they said it had been shipped for awhile now guess what still no delivery today 2/13 after disputing charges they sent me a tracking number says delivery 2/15 says label printed not showing picked up BBW
Hello *** It is unfortunate that you saw the need to post a review on Revdex.com. I would like to tell you that we have done everything from our side to solve your issues. The first was the shipment which is still in transit and the second was a prioritized shipment that was sent to you by FedEx.
You must understand that *** will obviously take some time to reach you since the package is coming from overseas. Overnight shipping on a $9 product is something that you should not expect. You have also filed a payment dispute on *** apart from doing a review here and you're still not satisfied with the resolutions provided.
I would like you to wait for a day so that you get the *** shipment. As you can see in the tracking info, it has already reached MI.
In March of 2018 I ordered a shirt I saw on Monk Central's website that said "Persist like Elizabeth, Inspire like Malala, Speak like Maya, Influence like Sonia, Defy like Rosa, Fight like Hillary, Empower like Gloria, Focus like Michelle, Rule like Ruth. When I receive my shirt at the end of April, it has several errors that were not in the photo advertised. Elizabeth was spelled incorrectly like 'Elisabeth', and the line "Fight like Hillary" was missing completely. I contacted the company via email with a photo of the shirt on 4/. The company replyed on 4/*** and stated that they would send me a replacement shirt with the corrections. I never received my replacement shirt, so I contacted them on 9/*/2018 requesting a refund. I did not get a response. I contacted the company again on 9//2018 requesting an update on a corrected shirt or a refund. I stated that if I didn't get a response I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I again did not get a response.

I contacted them wanting refund because I no longer needed the shirt because it was so late. They said they didn't do return labels but I could refuse the package. I did that on 2--18. I have contacted them numerous times about a refund and have never received one.

I've been waiting over two months for my order and nothing. I've emailed them numerous times and they say they will get with tracking and get back to me but nothing. Please don't order from here.

I have ordered several shirts from Monk central a handful of times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the items. I've given them as gifts and ordered some for myself and everybody loves them . If I were to have any complaint it would be that the shipping cost is very high and they seem to take a very long time to arrive.

I ordered a t-shirt from this business on March ,2018. I ordered a size XL but it was too small. Normally an XL fits me.I e-mailed the company to say I want to exchange it for a larger size.I sent it back to the Tarpon Springs,FL address with a receipt from the post office.to show I sent it to there.I e-mailed them on 4/*** about the shirt .They then wanted $9.00 more so I decided I want a refund. They keep sending e-mails saying they will refund the money once they receive the t-shirt. They still say they haven't gotten the shirt . it.has been 2 months now and I want my refund put back on my charge card!

The customer returned the package to us, but we are yet to receive to receive it.
However we agree to refund the amount to the buyer.
As a good gesture the buyer can keep the t-shirt incase not shipped back to us. :)
We apologies for the same and would make sure not to repeat the same mistakes again. :)

After many e-mails to Monk Central, they e-mailed me on June *** saying they would refund the $17.98 to my charge card. However I see no refund on my June statement. It should have been on there. I e-mailed them yesterday and no response. I don't think they refunded it. Can you look into this again for me?The t-shirt order # was *** Thank You

I love my shirts I have never got a product from them that I didn't love. All my shirts come from them I even give them as gifts they're very durable
