On November ***, 2019 I ordered a shirt from monk Central and received a confirmation number. It is now January *** and I have not received the T-shirt or a refund.. I have emailed the company numerous times and have only received one of their cutesy replies. I cannot get a response as to the status of my order or when / if my money will be refunded.

I ordered 3 T-shirts as Christmas presents on Dec *** 2019 sub total 29.70 + 12.95 shipping for a total of $42.65 and still have not received them. After placing my order the page stated "Orders usually ship from our store within 15 business days. You can expect to receive your order tracking number within 15 days of making the purchase." I do not have a phone number for them; however I have emailed them 3 times and have not received a response (email dates were Dec , 2019, Dec , 2019 and Jan , 2020). When I log onto the website and view my order it shows paid in full and order status shows unfulfilled.

I've emailed them four times asking for tracking number and I've gotten no response. The shirts aren't traceable and I've received no shirts.

Waiting almost 2 months for my order and still nothing and responses from emails except my order was shipped but still haven't received and the tracking number is trash and the shipper number is too. I would appreciate a response and to know when my order will arrive and a correct tracking number my Order # is *** Will never order again from Monk central and why don't you have a customer service phone number to help
