I have loved all the shirts I have gotten. Some were gifts and some were mine. Reasonably priced!
My order was sent to me promptly, packaged nicely & the shirts are great quality. Communication from the company has been plentiful but not overwhelming.

It's were exactly as pictured. The company was very responsive and sent communications as my items were being prepared and shipped along with shipping information. Very pleased with my order.

I ordered two tanks from them in March. I never received them. They claim to have sent them, however I never received any shipping information from them. Customer service is horrible. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company. This company is a fraud!

I bought two shirts for my wife for Mother's Day. Both shirts were there in plenty of time for Mother's Day. Monk Central let me know at every step of the transaction where my order was and what time it would be getting to my home. I am completely satisfied with the entirety of this transaction.

I wish I could give it less stars! I placed an order on 3/9 with the understanding it would be shipped in 10-15 days. 3/26 still no shipping info. I sent an email asking for a # to contact someone, was told they don't have a # yet!! Finally got a tracking # on 3/30 FROM CHINA!!!! The company is listed as being in NY, if I had known I wasn't supporting an American company I would have ordered elsewhere. Very dishonest company who should really consider being up front with their customers!

Placed order *** with this company on November , 2017 - website indicates 10-12 days shipping of T-Shirts - got confirmation e-mail of order placement on November ***, along with tracking number from CHINA (website indicated shirts where printed in USA- first lie) - since December ***, I have emailed to *** to find out where order is and have had no response - tried through Facebook page with no response either.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.The product in question did arrive but do appear to be much poorer quality than I anticipated, given these are now produced apparently in China, I will be surprised if these "quality" T-Shirts survive even a single wash.However, make clear to them that the complaint was not simply as a result of long delays in receiving the product, a length of time that is 4X what they promise on their website - it has as much to do with the fact that they claim to have 24/7 customer response yet they simply do not respond to emails asking for clarification. The website has been changed since I purchased in November - nowhere on the original site did it mention product produced in China - and if I paid almost $10 for expedited shipping, how could it possibly take from December *** to January *** for the one little package to arrive in Canada - it came from Vancouver to my house in 2 days once in Canada.Overall, I am still disgusted by this company and will never recommend them or do business with them again.
