I had not received my order all at once.then I had to give them my order number so I was a little upset but they sent the shirt next day so I'm a little hot head and changed my mind and score

I ordered $195.00 worth of shirts for my staff. They did warn me that shipping might take awhile, so I wasn't too concerned until I got a *** delivery notice, but I did NOT receive the delivery! When I contacted Monk Central, they told me that it was a *** thing and to take it up with them. Which I am in the process of doing, BUT the second part of our order was received - FROM CHINA! I never would have purchased this if I'd known that the company was not in the US. Anyway, I responded to Monk Central to please either refund my money or send me more shirts. Their response was the same - to take it up with the ***. I am livid! What kind of business doesn't want the customer to be happy?? In my opinion, they should have been the ones taking up the fight for me. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

This review is for MonkCentral.com. I have placed a few orders from their website and am very happy with their product. I have to admit that it is better to order one size up from what I usually would order but the shirts are great! I like the funny ones and I get a lot of compliments from people when I wear them. Takes a few weeks to receive them in the mail.
