Hello, I returned the two bad phone batteries to Cellular Outfitters/Wireless Emporium and never received the refund that was promised. It's been over six weeks now. This company is crooked and should be forced out of business. Regards,*** ***

The customer ordered a custom case which they upload a picture for us to print on a protective cover Since these cases are custom printed specifically for our customers, there are no returns I have attached the return policy which is provided on the description for this case:
RETURN POLICY: Since each product is crafted uniquely for you, customized products may not be returned or exchanged We have been assisting the customer via email and offered him store credit in the amount of $27.19, the cost of the case with a discount applied

attempted four times trying to place the order, but it was declined again and again due to the billing address being incorrectAt this time your credit card's financial institution is the best place to get these removed quicklyNonetheless they typically come off in 4-business days.
