This customer issue is being resolved. We meet with the customer and have worked out a scheduled to complete the project. Main issue if finding a suitable window that worked for the customer and our company for their installation. All issue have been address and are being
resolved

The response is unfounded and incorrect. We have reached out to Midwest on multiple occasions requesting completion and correction of their workHowever they have failed to comply. We have documentation from Midwest agreeing to redo the floors however they never complied so we paid to have the floors refinished. We also paired to have the stairs redone because Midwest did a poor job and never returned to correct them. We were hoping that in using the Revdex.com we would be able to resolve this matter. We are not seeking to blackmail but rather a resolution and being a Revdex.com member Midwest agreed to your arbitration arrangement. We can provide documents from industry professionals as to the poor quality of workmanship

The complaints account is inaccurate. Midwest Construction Services has no control over independent financingThe finance company the customer was approved through no longer provides home improvement financing. There would have been no purpose in having the customer lie to the loan
company due to the fact the financing company is no longer providing this type of loan under any circumstancesIt is impossible to finalize this type of loan through the approved loan company because they no longer do this type of financing. We offered the customer alternative financing options and they stated by phone that they were obtaining their own financing to do the project. The tile the customer selected is on backorder and out of Midwest's controlWe have contacted the customer and will do what is necessary to correct this misunderstanding

We are contacting customer to resolve this matter amicably for both parties. It is our intent to satisfy every customer

I never filed this complaint in error.... I called and texted Lloyd(the Forman)about our issues with their job performances and was put off and ignored with numerous...

excuses to why they haven't been out to fix the problems.Only after I contacted the Revdex.com with a complaint,did they FINALLY come and fix and repair the issues in question...We waited 4 months for them to do Anything...Now theyre complaining about us going to you the Revdex.com..WITH OUR ISSUES.They have fixed the issues and all is good so far..Just that their service is very questionable that's all.their quality of work for which they charge is also in question but it is what it is and we know that.Mr. [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] file this complaint in error, and he has called the Revdex.com to withdraw his complaint.  Mr. [redacted] is a happy customer.

Even thought we have multiple cost involved on this project.  We will issue a refund to Mr. [redacted] on his deposit.  He will need to submit a cancellation notice to our company which we will supply to him.

The customer contracted with our company to install a short term repair on his roof because he was going to sale the building.  We advised him at that time that roof was not in good shape and needed to be replaced.  The customer choose not to spend the money and we install a temporary...

fix.  The customer made alterations to the roof that created additional leaks even through it was not our responsibly we sent a technician out to repair it.  The customer has now decided to keep the building and expects us now to install a new roof that we recommended, at no charge.  We are more than willing to repair the work that we did, but are not willing to install a 17,000 dollar roof at not charge that should of been done originally.  We are continually work with the customer to try to resolve the issue.

9.16.16 Revdex.com received phone call from [redacted] stating that on her credit card provider told her that on September 7, 2016, Midwest Construction Services initiated the refund. [redacted] said the refund is showing up on her statement.

12.18.15 Revdex.com received call from consumer stating company called him to say they would come to his home on 12.21.15 to review matter. Consumer will contact Revdex.com with update after meeting on 12.21.15

CUSTOMER HAS REQUESTED THAT THE Revdex.com WITHDRAW THIS COMPLAINT!  All service issues were not the...

result of Midwest Construction Services installation.  Any problems the customer had, were do totally to problems with the product witch was requested directly by the customer.  Never the less Midwest Construction Services has address the customer concerns with the product free of charge even though we had completed the project per manufacturer specifications before the complaint was filed.  We pride ourselves on customer service, we want ever customer to be completely satisfied regardless of the circumstances.

We are in constant contact with customer.  There have been multiple changes that have slowed the progress.  After applying for permits we were informed by the city that a variance would be required.  The project is schedule to start Oct. 25.

I have received a email from Revdex.com on 9th of Nov. that the company will send a check to me in 15 days. But I still haven't heard from them at all.

Customer has canceled and uncancelled several times.  Credit card refund has been processed.

Their deposit is being processed and they will receive their refund in 15 days.
