I just recently began using SD bullion and another bullion company for a few small purchases. I have just found that SD is excellent in customer service and overal experience. My experience between SD bullion and [redacted] SD wins hands down. Think this is a great company founded on Godly principles and I would highly recommend them.

In order to look into this complaint we would need your reservation number.
Unfotunately, we are only able to refund the affected trip. The passenger can request a refund for the return trip and send documentation showing that the return ticket was not used to [email protected] for consideration.
Thier service is second to none as far as an online retailer! They have ast shipping and an easy to use website. I love that there alos a midwest comany as well.

please tell Megabus, that I will NEVER buy another ticket in the future. I would rather pay more money and take [redacted]. In addition, as I said , had YOUR employee tell me over the phone during the first phone call that I needed documentation, I would have gone to the Dr. I wasn't given this information until several days later when I had to call back because no one had the curtesy of replying to my email ( the employee during the first phone call told me to email customer service) by the time I was told I needed a dr note, I was feeling better so there was no point in going to the dr at that time. Never Never Never again will I ever set foot on a Mega bus.

Have now done three separate transactions with SD Bullion and would highly recommend them. Only wish they had e-Check to streamline the operation.

Outstanding service and quality.
Please be advised that you needed to trade in the old journey for a new journey three hours prior to your "scheduled departure time" meaning the old journey. ow that your journey has passed we cannot trade in your ticket. It is no longer valid for a trade in.

I have reviewed a missed call from them but they didn't leave any voicemail at all. I called them back and nobody pickup the phone and also I left a voicemail to ask them if they could call me back. but I still got no response until now.

rejecting this response because: I arrived to the bus stop 20-30 minutes prior to the indicated 6:40 time and I sat in my vehicle at the curb watching the bus stop. There were 3 other individuals sitting there as well. Two got picked up atound 7pm and the other waiting as long as we did. There is no way the bus left at that time as I was sitting there physically ahead of time.
