In regards to case [redacted] we have reached out to the customer to resolve the case. The customer stated that they will send over all necessary document for us to look over this weekend in order to completely resolve this case. In order for us to procure a resolution we would need to see the paper work that the customer possess. The documents can be faxed to ###-###-#### or scanned and emailed to [redacted]
Everything that the customer was offered is clearly located on their order form, to which they have signed. We will holding the customer responsible to know what everything on the order for means as they are not only signing it with their signature but giving out proprietary information. If there something that the customer did not know, they could have called either their sales representative for clarification or the main office before and after installation. Again, we have offered a month of service as well as a buyout of prior television provider.

Diane W[redacted] was informed that she can provide the order form to [redacted] showing that she was sold something that she is not able to receive and would be let out of the contract, unfortunately customer stated that she does not have time. If customer does not call [redacted] corporate and provide them with the order form, she will not be let out of her contract. It is advised that the customer call sooner than later.
