I am accepting the company's response, not because I agree with it, but because I can see that the company is not going to work with me.The company's statement that "no component of my complaint is correct" seems to be a standard response it uses because I have read in many of the other complaint details. Furthermore, the company stated I should not have ordered from it if I thought its instructions were convoluted. As another complainant put it, "...when the product actually reached me, the reality was a far cry from the advertisement". As I said, I am choosing not to pursue this because I can see company is not willing to work with me. However, as detailed above, I do not agree with its response
Sincerely, *** ***
This customer is simply lyingWe received no emails from him regarding this and his complaint is absurd based on the dates he providedIf he mailed payment on the ***, there is no way he would have received it alreadyThe product would not ship until this week or nextThere is no valid complaint

It is clear that this business scams people out of their money with no guarantee of incomeHowever, they do state in the agreement that you are able to make money in the first weekThis is not trueI have followed all guidelines to make income, but the process in which you have to follow requires you to buy postage and pay for copies of their letters with no compensationI have not received any money for any mail that I sent outI simply want to get my money $plus $for program #and postage and mailer copiesThey say if your mailer has been received in their office, you will make $per copy. I sent out mailer it has been weeks now with no compensation and the same recording when you callI have not spoken to a human person since I began this processI understand that mail return may be slow, but I should received something by nowThey say they are legitimate, I disagreeThe first you reach out to a company that you think or feel is honest because they state that in their ad and you end up losing your hard earned money on a lieThey need to do what they promise in their ad or they need to find another line work

What are you reading? Nothing you have stated is correct
By ordering you agreed to all of our terms and conditions including refunds
All of the conditions you agreed to must be met for you to be refunded
They are found on our website at the bottom of the...
"our programs" page
The customer doesnt seem to notice the word "complete". If all materials are not returned, no refund will be provided. Last time we checked, you dont get refunded on a pizza if you ate half of it. Our refund policy was clear and posted for review BEFORE ordering
ALL materials, NOT just some.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Refer to previous responses
Refunds require product be returned complete. The product was never returned and therefore no refund will be issued
This customer obviously didn't read one word of the terms and conditions we clearly state and which she agreed to by orderingWe are clear that refunds require the product be returned UNUSEDWe are also beyond clear that a participant may make nothing doing thisWe sell an...
opportunity, not a guaranteed income, which is stated in those exact wordsIn the future this customer should perform her due diligence and READ before participatingWe are not responsible for her agreeing toi policies she chose to ignoreNo refund is owed
In the spirit of good will, as long as [redacted] can show proof that the materials were returned to our office by providing a tracking number, we will refund his $99. We have no record of the return. We have checked more than once. He would not be eligible for an additional $35 however without proof of participation. A dated postage receipt would be accepted as that proof.
We trust this offer of resolution is found to be acceptable

I did send $99.00 for a mail order list of 49 names, I mailed out those fliers using my own money for postage.which I have a receipt for. As of yet I have received no checks from those 49 fliers. This is why I am requesting my money back. Unless Mason Grace can tell me I have a check due me this week I am still demanding a full refund.

Every policy is revealed BEFORE the customer orders the product. This customer clearly did not read what was provided. There is no valid complaint here. If she wants a refund, she must follow the refund rules she agreed to by ordering, which are clearly posted. This complaint also has no validation....
WHAT EXACTLY is unfair? She mentions spending money, but on what? Specifics must be provided in order to properly respond
The terms and conditions are on our website, and are public for anyone to view. Not a single thing [redacted] states is correct. We were clear as to how compensation works, and we were clear as to how reimbursement works. We also do NOT have a satisfaction guarantee and do not state that we do anywhere. Our refund policy's stipulations are perfectly clear, but they are not based on satisfaction. [redacted] had every opportunity to return the product after reading all of our disclosures. Nothing is hidden from our customers. instead, he chose to use the product, clearly indicating acceptance of all of our terms and conditions. Therefore, this matter is closed. Thank you
This is an example of a consumer who does not read terms and conditions that are made public and clearly detailed. We absolutely state in our terms and conditions that this is a business opp that we sell, not a guaranteed income. It is possible that no money will be made. We do NOT hide that fact....
We also clearly state that there is NOTHING more to buy from US.
The consumer can run the business entirely on their own without ever giving us another dime if they wish.
This consumer needs to learn the responsibilities that all consumers accept when purchasing a product. Our obligation is to provide all pertinent info, which we DO. The consumers responsibility is to actually read it, not simply claim that they have
Our refund policy, which the customer agreed to by placing this order, is very clear.
No refund will be issued unless the product is returned unused. Once it is, a refund will be sent

None of this information was presented in the letter that was sent to my house. Your website says “Refunds may require up to 8 calendar weeks to process. Refunds will also require a current photo id, a utility bill to prove your legal address, and a notarized letter stating no copies of our materials have been made, scanned or kept in any format. A second notarized letter must be furnished indicating that you accepted all terms and conditions presented here prior to ordering the program. Notary public stamp must be perfectly clear on these declarations. No refunds will be issued without these documents." None of this information was the letter! This is nothing more than a well planned out Scam. You didn't say you had a website on your letter you sent to me, I found out via Revdex.com and it is not fair a customer has to go through all those procedures w/o knowing clearly what he/she is getting into. This businesses is a total Scam

ALL policies including refund policies are found in our terms and conditions. We have stated this already. If you aren't willing to read them, that has nothing to do with us. You have responsibilities as a consumer. Ours is to provide all pertinent info. Yours is to read it. The terms are on our website in a link at the bottom of the "our programs" page. If you say you cant find them, it simply means you arent reading whats there
All refund requirements must be met in order for a refund to be issued
This company is a fraud. You pay your money, and their goal is to get your one-time payment only - company mission is to collect one-time payments. They promise you will make lots of money. I spent my own money for postage, I spent several hours mailing their flyers (the flyers were to entice new people to do what I was doing), and the promise was if that someone signed up and paid, I'd get a check for $10. Well, imagine how many flyers you get in the mail that you throw away. Needless to say, I wasted my own money, Mason Grace got paid their one-time fee from me, and laughing to the bank.
Oh, and then they share your name and contact information with numerous other companies like them. I have spent the past 8 months receiving phone calls from telemarketers and flyers in the mail asking if I want to "earn extra income".
This company is a disaster.
I got involved with the Mason Grace mail order business. I paid $139.00 received letters envelopes and mailing labels. I did this to help my teenage son make some money. I have not received any check after having to pay for postage (50.00 more). I agreed that after 9th payment I would be reumbursed. I was willing to do this even if we made no money. I was checking my bank account and found I am being charged 278.00. I began corresponding with Mason Grace via email asking why. They are telling me I agreed to autoship at 1/2 the price. I paid 139.00 (1/2 should be 68.50). When I asked they said it is 1/2 but they charge per week (69.50 x 4). I never agreed to pay for this at these terms when there have been no results. I read the physical contract I actually signed and it says any further purchases are up to me, my choice. They keep sending me responses pertaining to theTERMS. I asked them repeatedly WHERE they are and they say on the website. I have searched every whichway and can not find them. I asked them to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and told them they would be hearing from my attorney. They responded by saying they have TERMS and I AGREED. "If you make this a legal matter, YOU will pay OUR legal fees of that you can be sure."
I am being called "beligerent".
Something MUST be done!
I am being asked by them how I can be the ONLY customer that does not understand they have " TERMS"!
