weekly! Free Postage, Free Circulars, free envelopes, pay checks mailed every
Tuesday".I mailed on 6/**/Mason Grace Enterprises, a postal money order,
in the amount of $for application fee, which is suppose to be completely
refundable, to register me in their mailing program under the income group #1,
which involves folding letters, with envelopes and customer mailing
labels for a supposed weekly pay out of $
Your company does not sent all the documents that you are statingYou have nothing in writing where I agree to any terms of your products.You company fail to be honest and given all information up frontI have contact my friend at Channel and advised him of your company and given his staff all letters that I received to purchase your productThey also agree your company is running a SCAMTherefore if your company fail to return my $They will do a story of a company of to be aware of that you're SCAMMING people for moneyRIPE OFF companyIf you company is honest and understand, then we are also aware of mis-communications your letters poseyour company is just SCAMMING for poor people money! [Now the Business Mason Grace Enterprises say that they have NO record of a *** in their databaseThen why did my husband just receive a package in the mail yesterday that was post marked on the *** of this month just days after the complaint was madeNow if you truly didn't receive payment from him or have his information then we shouldn't have gotten anythingSo therefore Mason Grace made a mistake in their database, whether it was on taking our money and sending nothing or saying that they did not know who we were and that we had no proof.]

We are perfectly clear more than once in our materials and terms and conditions that there are NO income guaranteesAll customers agree to all terms by ordering as stated.Nothing is hidden from customers.In the instruction manual that accompanies the product, it clearly states some
mailing may make nothingIf that wasnt agreeable our refund policies could have been followedInstead, this customer chose to use the product indicating full acceptance of our termsWe are not responsible for a customers failure to read our perfectly clear and binding terms.The vast majority or our customers understand and accept all of our terms from the startTherefore there is no excuse for this consumer not to have understood them as well

This is an INVALID complaintWe make it very clear how participants are paidThis is an example of a customer who chose not to read what was presented to themOn our website, we clearly state the following"By placing your order, whether through mail or online, you acknowledge
that you have read, understand and accept all terms and conditions presented"That is then followed by the terms and conditions, which clearly state pay is based on performanceIn the terms, the following is clearly stated"Client agrees by act of participation that program performance/program function, insofar as it results from program being exercised by client, falls within the commercial heading of "sales"Program participation qualifies as, and is regarded as, a franchise arrangement and fully assumes consistent solicitation by client for the purpose of generating results to all potential levelsProduct performance is conditioned upon multiple variables, but at all times denies entitlement of client to termination based on lack of revenue generationProduct is sold as informational solely, with added potential of revenue stream productionProduct is upon offer displaced from provision/intention as a definitive revenue sourceThe above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by lawNone of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected"Also stated is "Results from the implementation of our methods are not guaranteed to any specific level, and it is possible to achieve no results even if method is implemented correctlyMason Grace is a vendor of income opportunities, not guaranteed income"
There is NO valid argument hereCustomer also did not abide by the rules of refund whioch are also clearly laid out in the terms
This does not qualify as a valid customer complaint in any way shape or form

It could not be clearer how our program works, making this an invalid complaintMULTIPLE times in our initial letter we state that pay is based on the performance of the mailings, not simply on mailing them outThis is nothing moire than the common case of as customer too irresponsible to read
what is clearly put before themAs long as all of our clearly stated refund policies are met, a refund will be issuedThis customer could have come to us first for a simple resolutionThis complaint should be deleted from the Revdex.com's files due to its completely baseless, inaccurate position

It is clear this customer did not read anything we provided, which he is obligated to do, yet he agreed to all terms and conditions by orderingThat is stated right on the initial order form as well as the website we direct customers to for the terms and conditionsThere is no valid complaint

What exactly entitles ** *** to a refund? We are very clear that you agree to all terms and conditions by orderingThe refund policy is very clearRefunds require either the product be returned unused, or in this case, that all requirements in the policy are met in order to be reimbursed
None of that is true in this case** *** had the opportunity to return the product but did not** *** should not have agreed to our detailed terms if he had no intention of following themNo refund will be issued unless stated criteria in our terms are met
