paid for the item by credit card, which they charged immediately.
So far, as I write this, I've been waiting for a month and a half to receive or even get and update on shipping from the
business. They do not answer the phone, do not return calls, do not reply to emails, which is actually a contact form on their
website (no email address appears on their website).
I went to the BBB website to find over a hundred of complaints about this business of similar problems. They take the
consumer's money and don't deliver the product.
If only they were as quick to respond to my inquiries as to my order as they are to charge my credit card.
All I want is the item I ordered, or a response from Marvin Gardens Store.
Update on complaint:
Finally received a reply from Jim Grieve after making a complaint on another website (Pissedconsumer.com). He claimed he never received the payment, (despite my credit card being charged) AND just to add insult to injury, made rude remarks that were completely uncalled for AND tried to accuse me of being the one to blame! I don't understand how this jackass stays in business and gets away with theft and outright fraud. Isn't there a law against this?
I am going thru the same thing. How do you find him on Amazon?
Order never fulfilled. Can't request a refund. No answer at customer service. No answer to email.
Liars and thiefs.
I'll sue them -- and still won't be able to collect.
Charged my PayPal account twice!
Phone calls never answered. Online response after several times was a nasty response saying my order refunds, but has not!

I placed an order (invoice 296644) on June 3, 2019 for a pond pump and media balls for our koi pond with Jim at Marvin Gardens. The amount of that invoice is $202.66. From the very beginning of our phone call, Jim was very rude and condescending to me. I continued with placing the order because Marvin Gardens was the only place that I could find this particular pond pump, an identical replacement of our current pump. Jim also sent another invoice of $24 for shipping to Hawaii, which I paid through PayPal. Again, he was very rude to me. Both invoices were charged to my credit card. Jim accused me of calling him and hanging up, which I never did...The package has never arrived, as of September 17. I've called, sent emails, left messages, everything possible to contact Marvin Gardens. They refuse to answer my numerous messages, as my package never arrived and they've received and processed my payments. I finally disputed the $24 shipping charge to PayPal and Paypal has reversed the charge. However, I am still disputing the $202 charge with my credit card company. In the meantime, I am reporting this transaction to local authorities and the RevDex.com near Marvin Gardens. Marvin Gardens is a scam and conducts fraudulent transactions, via Jim Grieves. Credit card fraud is what it's called...

The item was currently sold out due to a manufacture's production problemWe attempted to contact the customer but the customer did not provide a means for us to contact themI have cut and pasted a screen shot of the transaction details. The customer had sent emails to s that were captured in our spam folderI did locate an email that was sent by *** in late December, responded to her, spoke with her as well and made arrangements to have a different model bird bird bath at a greater value to be shipped the next business day which was a Monday, Monday arrived and so did a *** charge back dispute for the item of which the customer informed she would not do and the same day I also received her complaint file with the Revdex.com, which she also stated she was not doingAt that moment I stopped shipment and processed the *** charge back to refund the customerAll in all I tried our best to accommodate our customer by offering a more expensive bird bath as a replacement with no additional cost to herSadly the customer did not fill out her transaction details completely and did not provide any means to contact herIf we had way to contact her this case would never have needed to be opened Below is the cust and pasted screen shot of ***'s transaction
