This is [redacted]. As of current I have been to mad city auto. They have fixed the Ac condenser, but the the Ac still does not function because they found another issue. The aforementioned matter between Adam [redacted] and Mad City Mitsubishi has been resolved.  Adam understands that Mad City did, in fact, disclose the full vehicle history report to him upon purchase and that he signed every page of said history.  Also, Adam has been informed that, even though his vehicle falls within both the scope and the range of protection by FCA’s 5 year/100,000 mile factory powertrain warranty, he voided that warranty when he had a relative do some work to the motor without prior authorization by FCA and using after-market parts not sanctioned by FCA.  When attempting to trade him out of the vehicle in question, financing arrangements could not be made.  Therefore, the cost of the repair will be covered by Mad City Mitsubishi and timely payments have been arranged between Mad City and Adam so that Adam can operate the vehicle and pay the bill to fix it in full.     Bryan [redacted]Mad City Mitsubishi

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have witnesses that stood there when I specifically asked how much the van was total and she stated that she did not know the price and that the total price of the vehicle was upto financing. I even told her that even though it was just a new model of the one that I already have it was nice and to top it off every time she had to run to talk to her manager instead of having me and my daughter come back inside she told us to stay right where we were (in the freezing cold) and just to let you know I was willing to pay upto $400 a month there and yet that’s okay because I do feel like I was misled to believe one thing to just get me there and then oh here’s a blindsider and not hold upto it. And so just another thing you should know is that I would have brought money for a down payment if I would’ve know that I wasn’t able to do the dime down (you see I drove and hour to get there) and my bank is where I live.  It is not okay to blame a customer it doesn’t fix or try to solve anything and to me it’s bad business ethics.

MadCity called to make a offer of paying $15 a week for a year on this  car purchased. Brain claimed at that point I could go to another credit union and lower my interest rate on my own and get my payments where I want them to be that we had agreed upon in the first place. I discussed this option with my wife and at this time I don't trust that MadCity is trustworthy enough to make this deal with us as a resolution. We ( my wife and I ) have had nothing but false claims from them. I contacted Brain now as well as we are still paying multiple payments on our traded car to them at $65 a week. We have made 3 more payments soon to be 4 on this old car. Brain assured us this was taken car of and Summit was mailed a check and we would be reimbursed. We are still we are still paying and have yet to hear anything. We also almost a month later have nothing on this new car. Still no bank info, the payment books and stuff you get in the mail. Nothing. I would  of been ok with this offer they made to me IF there was any kind of trust behind their word but there definitely is not and I just cant trust my financial situation for a year that they are going to do that. MaCity needs to be held accountable  and do a buy back on this vehicle.

6/20/2017   Mad City Mitsubishi has made contact with Jared [redacted] (our customer) about the complaint filed by his wife, Nicole (who is not our customer and does not appear on any of the paperwork for any part of this car deal).  Jared agreed that it seems that there was a...

miscommunication between Jared and Mad City, but ALSO a miscommunication between Jared and his spouse.  Our customer was presented with a vehicle he could buy for the payment he considered affordable.  Nicole wanted Jared to purchase a vehicle with more options.  After the final payment was quoted and all of the paperwork was signed by Jared, Nicole forwarded the opinion that his payment on his vehicle was more than she was comfortable allowing him to pay for his car.  Jared has been told by Mad City that if he, in fact, wants a lower payment on the vehicle he purchased, he should contact the two credit unions of which he is currently a member and try to procure a loan at better terms based on his credit and history with said lenders.  Jared is completely satisfied with this result as is the dealership.  Both Jared and Mad City are now considering this matter between these two parties closed.

months and the direction MCS is on is one of customer satisfaction and

becoming aware of the stated issues, I have repeatedly reached out to
speak to Ms. [redacted] on multiple occasions since 10/16/2015.  At this
point I welcome [redacted] to come in and see if we can assist in her
current situation.  After looking through our Service Department
records, it appears that within the 1 year after the vehicle purchase,
there have been no major issues other than normal maintenance
recommended or performed within the 20K miles that have been put on the
vehicle in that year. We have seen the vehicle in our service shop for minor issue and maintenance only with no stated concerns. The vehicle appears to still be under an extended
warranty coverage covering mechanical but not maintenance issues.  We
here at Mad City Sales would love the opportunity to assist [redacted]
