When customer cancels product the state government does not refund any taxes

There was no bait and switchBased on the information customer was given an interest rate of % The bank had info we didn't and gave customer rate of 7% and changeCustomer signed rateWe had no control over rate given by bank,Customer bought a used [redacted] There was a warranty problem with the car It was sent to [redacted] in Woodbridge and they fixed the warranty item at no charge Lustine also provided a loaner car at no charge.We feel we have lived up to our responibilities and went out of our way to help this customer with the bank and service

We have refund 100% of moneyPlease see attached

CUSTOMER BROUGHT BACK RENTAL CAR WITH GALLONS OF GAS UNDER FULL CUSTOMER SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT THAT SAYS EVERY VEHICLE MUST BE BROUGHT BACK WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS OR HE WILL BE CHARGED $PER GALLON WHEN CUSTOMER RETURNED RENTAL GALLONS LOW OUR [redacted] RENTAL REP SHANI CALLED CUSTOMER TO LET HIM KNOW IT WAS 4+ GALLONS LOW AND THAT WE WOULD BE TAKING VEHICLE TO GAS STATION TO FILL IT UP AND HIS CARD ON FILE WOULD BE CHARGED CUSTOMER GOT VERY UPSET AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH SERVICE MANAGER JOE K*** JOE EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER AGREED THAT HE BROUGHT IT BACK LOW AND AGREED TO PAY WHAT WE PAY FOR GAS AND NOT THE $PER GALLON HE THEN ARGUED THAT HE CAN BUY THE GAS CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE, LUSTINE TRIED CHARGING THE CARD ON FILE WHICH WAS DENIED CUSTOMER GAVE LUSTINE A CREDIT CARD THAT CANNOT BE CHARGED.SERVICE DIRECTOR NINO S [redacted] THEN CALLED CUSTOMER EXPLAINED THAT HE NEEDS TO PAY FOR THE GAS, CUSTOMER ARGUED AND CURSED AT NINO S***, NINO STATED THAT THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE FUEL CHARGES BUT TO NEVER BRING HIS VEHICLE OR HIMELF BACK TO LUSTINE [redacted] SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN CUSTOMER HUNG UP ON NINO S***

We have refuned all policies on loan and have copies of checks in attachment

This issue has been resolved The customer was refunded the amount he was owed and his vehicle has been paid off We also replaced the check that we had issued that he misplaced

[redacted] purchased a [redacted] from us trading in her ***She signed all the papers and said she was very excited and happy and went home in her new truckShe came in a couple of days later stating her husband was on the title with her on the [redacted] and he would not sign the title for trade inShe asked if she could buy the [redacted] with no trade because she wanted the We agreed and the bank approved the dealShe signed the new loan papers again and went home in her new ***A month later or so she came back and said she could not afford the payments and wanted to return the ***We told her the tag & title work had already been done and we had been paid if fullWe would not take the car back because it was now a used carShe left and a month or so later later we got a letter from the AGWe answered the complaint and understand the AG also told [redacted] she bought the [redacted] and we had done nothing wrong

Customer came in and said they didn't know they had purchased extras on car loanWe showed them menu they signed with all product formsThey then claimed they knew about warrenty and mainatnce but did not know about GAPWe explained the GAP info to them again and told them that they could cancel all or anyThey then went to look at used cars for partner and left the dealershipWe have not heard from them since except for two bad reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] We would be happy to cancel the GAP ot any other products that they signed for

Customer admits she knew what she was signing. We disclosed everything to her. we have done everything above board and legally. The only injustice I see is that the customer is trying to extort this business by making false acusations. We stand by the figures that the customer was aware of, agreed to verbally, and signed for multiple times.

We sold this customer a vehicle they took delivery of the vehicle and Financed it through [redacted] We do not have the vehicle and we can not cancel the contract

I have reviewed the file and seen the menu was presented and accepted with the customers signatures (Husband and wife), saw the purchase order with all options listed with both signatures, reviewed all loan docs and insurance papers with customer signaturesUnless all signatures were forged (they all look the same), the customer bought all products
