They said 4 days shipping, it took over four weeks
The item was ordered on the 4 Dec 2018 with a shipping time of 4 days. It was ordered as a christmas present, so there was plenty of time or delivery

It arrived 4 weeks later! Having shippped from ***, not the *** at all. They claim it arrived on the 29 dec 2018, I believe it may well have been later. It turned up at the delivery address on the 9 Jan 2019 by my reckoning, either way it was significantly longer than 4 days and no good for christmas

I bought the same item elsewhere to get it in time for christmas. The item has been returned and they refunded the original price but I have paid £10.15 (sterling) to send it back to the states as requested

As they lied about shipping dates and the service was no fit for purpose I want a refund of my shipping costs for return

I also want to make othes aware that while they claim to be the *** face of the company they are in the states and they aren't really shipping from us or *** but from ***! They have nowhere to put reviews on there page or *** or internet, presumably as they would get so many complaints. They have a number of near identical complaints here on this page!

I want a refund of my shipping costs for return, ie for them to cover the £10.15 to return the item in the way they insisted upon

The order was placed on the 3rd of December and was shipped on the 6th of December, shipment was made in 3 days and was therefore within our estimations. I understand the customer's frustrations with their order not arriving before the date they wanted it but delays in transit are out of our control, especially during the Christmas period. Furthermore, I addressed this customers grievances about not arriving in time by refunding their order on the 25th of this month and as per our refunds policy shipping fees are non refundable.

It was sent from *** on the 6th. You can't control how long international post takes but you can be honest with people about the fact you are shipping from ***

I frequently purchase items from *** and *** and will often pay more to have items from companies shipping from the *** as I know it'll take weeks for items from *** to arrive. To set up as the IK face of your business, your .com site redirects to the *** page, and then be shipping from *** is clearly disingenous.

Furthermore the fact that you don't show reviews on your *** page or website or on *** seems to support the high number of complaints on Revdex.com. This is not strictly related to the coplaint but I feel it does how your ill regard for the satisafaction of your customers

If you feel you have follwed the rules as written then there is little I can do to dissuade you. I would urge you to be honest with your customers though, as a lie of omission is still a lie. To allow people to believe they are buying from a *** company when you are nothing of the sort is false advertising

I would have appreciated being refunded and I would have appreciated reasonable customer service response from the beginning. The money is a very small amount, but your attitude in general shows what you think of your customers.

Item is not safe at all!
The item I recieved is not safe for use. The plug that was attached to the tail was attached by a nail! A sharp two inch nail! That is unsafe and unacceptable! I pulled on the plug assuming it was glued on but was shocked when I saw it was nailed on.

I don't want any other products from them if they have unsafe practices.

Per the customer's complaints, we'd like to clarify that our butt plugs are built in this way for a specific reason. Firstly, the metal rod is not a "nail" so is not sharp. Secondly, to remove the tail from the butt plug, you do need to apply a large amount of force as they are connected very firmly. Thirdly, the reason the butt plugs are designed in this way is to facilitate cleaning better. By removing the tail from the plug the user is able to reach the entire surface area of the butt plug to thoroughly remove all bacteria. Even small amounts of leftover bacteria can be harmful to the user so it's important this is done properly and removing the tail is the most appropriate way to do this. Being able to remove the tail also allows the user to clean the tail without fully submerging it in water as they would the plug, which ensures the longevity of the tail. We regret that the customer wasn't happy with this design, but we are confident that our products are safe and that many other manufacturers use similar designs in their products.

It pops off with little force. If I were to be using it with my partner and he was to pull on it lightly it would pop off. The plug I recieved was pink and silicone it pops off very easy. And the metal "rod" is a nail. Call it a rod all you want but its a nail. I can send the picture to you so you can see. So don't act like I'm the crazy one. Im not using sharp nails in products. I bought a different plug from a different store and showed them yours. They were shocked it was designed like that.The one I bought is easily cleanable without using sharp objects to attach it. Cheap products made from China. Everyone should stay away!

False Advertising of Quality & Refusal to Refund
I purchased an item from the company on 15/12/2018, described as an "18" Tail Black Wolf Stainless Steel Plug" for £22.00 plus £4.99 postage and packing to *** (from what I thought at the time was a UK company as the site advertises themselves as "***). The item was then shipped from China and arrived on 29/12/2018. The item that arrived is nothing like the item pictured on their website, it is also not 18" in length (far from it in fact), the quality is shocking. I immediately emailed them laying out my shock and horror at the difference in the actual item and the one they have on their website and that I wanted a refund as the product was falsely advertised. I received a reply saying that they were sorry to hear I wasn't satisfied and that all their items were shipped in a good condition and nothing further, no mention of a refund or how they could correct the issue. They are making no attempt to refund or correct their error and I feel that reporting them is the only way forward to stop them taking more money fraudulently from hard working people.

I am seeking a full refund of the item as it is nothing like the item that was advertised on the website.

The customer's enquiry was responded to and was made aware that a refund would be processed as soon as the unsatisfactory item was returned to us. We did not refuse a refund, it has been offered in compliance with our returns policy.

Ordered merchandise from this company on Nov 26th. Was notified on Dec 2 that the item had been shipped. Haven't received any updates since then.
After waiting for two weeks without any shipping updates I sent the company an email wanting help to resolve my concern and ensure the merchandise would be at my place in time for Christmas. After a few days of no response I called and left a voicemail. Still no response. I don't think I'll receive this item in time to give it as a gift and I'm wondering now if I'll even get my item. How do I go about getting my money back?

I have checked the tracking information for this customers order and it is expected to arrive on Saturday. I understand the frustrations of the customer and though we shipped out the order promptly it was delayed in transit due to the high volume of internationally shipped packages. I placed an order for items Nov 26, 2018. I was given tracking information that was only in Chinese and unable to understand it until it was updated after the first week and came state side. The last update was Dec2, 2018 and nothing since then. I have emailed then and they haven't replied. I emailed the (17track) some tracking they have and again no reply. I can't even get a refund after 30 day form purchase, but I have NO ITEM TO RETURN!! I feel scammed and very unhappy with being lied too. I called the phone number given and it went to a google vice mail. No one ever picked up.

I have exchanged many emails with this customer regarding their order and have provided them with tracking information and a course of action to find out why usps is holding their parcel. I have also refunded their order as requested. In our pervious communications I also provided them with the tracking information below:

This show that the order was shipped but was held up in transit.

I placed two orders (on the 11/23 and 11/25) for a total of three items. The total was $51.45. I have yet to receive these items after two weeks.
On 11/23 I placed an order for two of their items totaling $33.46 and placed a second order on 11/25 for another item for $17.99. I added my phone number to receive text messages for shipping updates for the items as I was getting these for my partner and I for the holidays. The tracker number for both items (despite being placed days apart) is #***. On 11/27 I received a text message with a tracker saying that "China accepted" and that the package was being processed in a place in China. However only that it was being processed and not sent out yet so I figured I'd be notified when it would ship from China. It has yet to do so unfortunately after 10 days and have not received any notifications about the orders. At this time, it has been more than two weeks since I first placed the orders and it will not arrive in time and I would like to request my money back for all three items, a total of $51.45, charged back to my card.

I am seeking a full refund of all three purchases I made from them. The first two totaling $33.46 and the third for $17.99. I would like $51.45 charged back to my card.

Orders normally arrive in around 14 days after shipment but can be delayed due to heavy traffic around the holidays. one of the the customer's items is out for delivery today (12/14) and I expect the other will arrive before christmas. I have checked our contact email and no effort was made on the customers part to request a refund from us directly

The product is not only unsuitable for use but potentially very dangerous for health due to the bare metal parts exposed and chemicals released.
After I opened the box containing the metal objects purchased I inspected the products and noticed that on parts of the product that will be used in sensible and internal parts of the body there are several spots that haven't been properly chromed and the rough bare metal is exposed. I'm sure you can imagine this object is not only unsuitable for use but potentially very dangerous due to the uncoated metal parts exposed and the chemicals that are released with oxidation of the untreated areas.

We understand fully that quality items are required for their intended use and try to make sure that defects are rare. Our shipping process is currently being upgraded which will allow for a much greater level of quality assurance prior to shipping so that unfortunate incidents such as these are even less likely. I have apologised to the customer personally and processed the refund of the purchase.

Purchased a product on 10/19/18, shipping shows no updates. Requested a refund on 11/13/18. It is now 11/17/18 and I have heard nothing.
I purchased a product on 10/19/18, product tracking info was included. It left a Chinese warehouse/shipping facility and shows no further updates. I have attempted to email this company directly 2 separate times to request a refund with no response, attempted to call and was met with a "*** voice number" voicemail message (they didn't answer obviously.)

This is unacceptable, I paid $40 for a product that never even reached US borders. I am used to ordering products from*** and I understand processing times, this is ridiculous and a crime. I basically had $40 stolen from me with no intentions to give me this product.

I have refunded the customers order as requested, I have also given the customer tracking information for their order more than once and it is now in america, I have told the customer this as well. We Ship try our best to ship orders in a timely manner but sometimes they get delayed in transit.

I ordered a package on the 28th of September, it stated 4 day shipping. I have not recieved it, its now the 25th of October.

I have investigated the customer's order and the tracking information states it was delivered a day before they filed this complaint. I have thoroughly checked the shipping information to make sure it is correct and it is. A refund will be issued shortly.

I placed a order with this company and only received a order confirmation email 3 days ago but the item has shipped and I didn't get a shipping confirmation email, I've emailed and called the company several times with no response.

When I track my package it still hasn't updated at all and it was supposed to be here on October 18th but I'm still waiting, the tracking is confusing and I've tried to get ahold of them to confirm where my package is and they will not answer my phone calls or return my emails(I've sent 2 emails so far) they say on the website that items will be shipped within 4 days, I've been waiting nearly over 2 weeks and I can't track my item.

Product ordered over a week ago, no updates, no response to multiple emails or phone calls placed, but my CC was still charged.
I placed an order on Sept 19th, 2018 (Order #***, Product 16" Black Wolf Multicolor Silicone Plug, Color: Black), and was appropriately charged on my CC for the amount in full of $33.79 ($28.80 + $4.99 for shipping). The website says that I would be notified of any updates and when the product would be shipping. After several days I checked the status of my order, which showed "Order Confirmed," though I did not get a notification for that. I continued to wait, since it said that my order was getting ready and would be shipped. The website says 4 day shipping, and in total it has been roughly 8 days since my order was placed. I have received zero contact from the business, and I have even submitted both an email inquiring and have attempted calling multiple times. I did not leave a voice message on the answering machine because it was a very generic automated message system, and I did not feel comfortable providing any of my contact info to it at this time.

Desired Outcome

I would still like to receive my item that I had ordered, but if this is unable to be completed as requested then I would simply like the full amount (product + shipping, totaling $33.79) refunded back to my CC that was used to make the purchase.

I can confirm that the package has been delivered and received, I had been temporarily relocated due to a mold issue at my apartment so I had very little internet access and was unable to update/remove my complaint sooner. Shipping still took vastly longer than expected and the only emails I received back were the automated messages, but the item was received and my complaint can be closed, thank you.

I have investigated the transaction in question and it was delivered. According to the letter sent to us the complaint was filed on the 27th of August while the usps tracking number says the item was delivered on the 25th, two days before the complaint was filed. below is the tracking for the order:

I ordered a product that was never delivered.
After placing an online order with this company, I received an email confirming my order along with the order number and a link to track the shipment. A few days later I tried the tracking number but the response I got was that there is no such number in the system, I repeated this two days later with the same results, the item had not arrived to the shipping address. I called the number listed for the business but that is a "*** subscriber" number, I also emailed the company with no reply. This is a scam, these people are committing fraud by charging credit cards for items ordered and not delivering anything !

It seems that the gift did arrive to the address I had requested that it be forwarded to. Apparently it was shipped from China which is why the tracking information the company submitted was not linked to any domestic shippers at the time of my order.

The product I ordered never came in.
I ordered their product and it never came in. I was supposed to be shipping within 4 days, never got notifications of shipping or tracking info. I have tried several times to contact these people for the item that I was charge for, and got nothing. So if they don't plan on sending my item, then I want a full refund... cost and shipping!!!
It's really sad that in this day people don't choose to do the right thing, no product or response/ no professionalism

I placed an online order on the evening of May 2nd, 2018. The purchase was posted to my credit card on May 3rd, 2018. The item was supposed to ship out within 4 business days. After 1 month had passed, I tried to contact the business by several different methods. The business never responded. I have since put in a complaint with my credit card company.

Upon further investigation on ICANN WHOIS, it appears this website is registered by another company that has many complaints, hugedomains.com. Searching the phone number on their page, it links to other online storefronts that sell other goods, but with different physical addresses.

The purchase was honored on our part and was lost in transit, the tracking information shows that the order was processed and shipped. We have refunded the transaction as a sign of good will but cannot be held responsible for the faults of the postal service. We are in the process of improving our fulfilment process to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.

The company processes the refund after I filed this complaint and a dispute with my credit card. They failed to return ANY correspondence with me, the customer, and never even offered a replacement or even any explanation. The least they could do is respond to an email. I still believe this business is a scam based on researching their address, phone number, and other "businesses" linked to the same information.
