Poor customer service and the delivery was awful including identifying the toys on the packing. Comes from China as well. Really dodgy please avoid.
I have two seperate orders from them, both have not arrived and is well past the 7 - 14 days delivery time they said it would be delivered by.
I placed an order (Order ***) from LovePlugs on Monday 27th January 2020, the item was £39.99 and delivery fee of £4.99, totaling to £44.98, and it stated the item would be shipped within 4 days.
I placed a second order (Order ***) from LovePlugs on Wednesday 29th January 2020, the item was £21.99 and delivery fee of £4.99, totaling to £26.98, and it stated the item would be shipped within 4 days.
I placed two orders because I forgot to add an item to the basket when ordering.
I contacted LovePlugs regarding the first order (Order ***), and they responded claiming the item was not in UK stock so it would take an additional 7 - 14 days to get delivered. However, it is now 3 weeks after purchasing both orders and the money has been taken out of my bank account.
They are no longer responding to my emails about both orders and want a full refund as I no longer want to deal with LovePlugs. Neither orders have been shipped so I think this is a possible solution.
Avoid at all costs. They lie on their website, they don't ship within the time frame they claim, and they don't respond to e-mails
Ordered from this company because they said US company and shipping would occur in 4 days from US warehouse. Have received no ship info and no product
Obviously a scam company running on deceptive practices advertising that they are US based with fast shipping, only to be drop shipping cheap junk from China that takes weeks or months to arrive. They do not respond to emails or calls. Now I find this laundry list of complaints on Revdex.com. I want a refund in the next 24hrs or I will report the charge to my credit card as fraud.

I ordered 18" Tail Black Wolf Stainless steel Ã? 1 in size Small for 20.99 on December 29. Item was shipped to the wrong address. I emailed customer service twice, once on the day of purchase and once the following day. I also called on the following day. No reply. The item was delivered January 2 and was forwarded. I called Love Plugs on January 6, no answer. Item "returned to sender" apparently early on the 8th but I got no email. I called Love Plugs, no response. I got no refund.

I only received part of order. I tracked the part that has not arrived I am sent to a dead end. I've contacted by phone and email without response.
12/19/19 I purchased 3 products, as of 1/9/2020 I've received 2 products. The tracking for 3rd product goes to a dead end. I've sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail without a response. My order ***, the cost of my order was 51.96, the product that hasn't arrived is $22.99.
I'd either like a refund or replacement of the item that I haven't received.

Ordered two items that shipped separately. One came immediately, other is missing. Customer service no help.
I ordered on 12/17/19, order #***. It was two items, both expected to arrive between 12/23 and 12/27. First item arrived promptly, on 12/20. Second item took longer to ship, and the last shipping/tracking update is from 12/23 13:44pm, saying that it's in Shanghai. As i'm writing, it's 1/01/20, and the tracking hasn't updated. I've emailed twice now, with no response. I've called the number but it's some sketchy *** voicemail. At this point, after reading reviews, I don't even want the second item.

I placed an order over a week before it was needed for a gift. The site advertised expedited shipping and the order was to make it a few days before it was needed. After it was not received I emailed the company asking them where my order was only to be informed that the item was out of stock and now coming form China. The order finally arrived 3 weeks later than it was needed. With no offer of recourse from the company. I have also discovered they sent a large size instead of the small that was ordered. I have still not heard back from them on any kind or refund or even apology. Worst business experience I have ever had. Any response I did get back from the company was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience
Requested cancellation. Company waited until product had shipped, got back to me and told me no cancellation was possible
September 25th 2019, a purchase was made on my card from this business without my authorization. I emailed the company the same night to request a cancellation. Received no response despite sending a second email the same night. Item ships and the next day September 26th 2019, I finally get a response saying the cancellation isn't possible because the item was shipped (order #***). I don't want this item coming to my home, nor do I want to pay to ship it back to them. I just want a efund and no product. Thank you for your time.

Purchase arrived defective. Replacement promised 6/22/19 has not arrived. Customer service unresponsive.
Purchase made 5/24/19 arrived with a defective item. On 6/7/19 I requested a refund. No response until I made contact again on 6/22. A replacement was agreed upon instead of a refund due to company policy. On 6/23 I was told a replacement had been shipped, and was given a tracking number. Waited several weeks (first shipment took almost 2 weeks so I waited longer) and on July 27th inquired to the whereabouts of the shipment. I was told it was "taking longer than usual" and that it was "still in transit." I've attempted twice more on 8/15 and on 8/24 to contact the company as to the status of this item and have not garnered a response.
Ultimately, I want a refund. I believe the item I have recieved has a design flaw, and was not a singular defective item, but agreed to try a replacement. NEITHER have arrived.

Items were not as described. Customer service and delivery poor. Unable to return items because I received them outside of the returns period.
ORDER *** confirmed on 05/06/19. On the 21/06/19 I had to chase multiple times because my order hadn't arrived. Two items then arrived and both were incorrect sizes and not as described. I had to chase again for an update on the third item on the 27th and they just told me that it was in transit. I finally received the last item in mid-July which was way past the date I needed them by and two of them were the incorrect size anyway. I requested to return them immediately and I was just sent a link with their returns policy which stated 30 days and due to delivery taking so long meant that I was unable to return any of them. I'm unhappy with the items, delivery and the customer service.
I'm looking for a full refund. I was frustrated that their returns policy 30 days when the items took over 30 days to arrive. Then no assistance to return them or any further help.

I purchased from this company o May 31st, 2019. The site said that they would send me information within 24 hrs regarding my purchase. No information was sent as of June 3rd,2019. I emailed the company, and also tried to call them with no contact being made in return. When I looked the phone number up, it is attached to several businesses located at the same address, while the business name itself it attached to 2 (two) different locations, one in North Carolina and the other in ***, California. I suspect this isn't a valid business, and I want my money back.

Descriptiona and communication lack
The description of the products and products options on the website are too general and totally unprecise. Mailed them several times both with the site form and directly,never had an answer. Even tried to call them,but one number it's no longer actve while the other it's just a recorded message. How can I trust a company and made a purchase from them if they didn't even answer my questions about their products before I made a purchase?

I placed my order 02/08/2019. The site says it will ship in 4 days. It still hasnt shipped and I still dont have any tracking information. I emailed the business twice (once 2/13/2019 for a shipping update and again early 02/14/2019 for a refund due to the bad reviews this business has received,) It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but at this rate, it will not arrive in time.
I just want to cancel my order before it ships so i can get my money back.

With shipping info. As soon as it ships. It's now feb 9th and I have yet to hear anything about my order # ***. I've called the number on the website and it goes to a sketchy voicemail. I've emailed the company on two occasions asking for a update or even a response that I haven't been scammed and that this is a legitimate company. My last email was sent on feb 5th and I've yet to hear back from anybody. The only email I've received was initially after I placed my order where I was asked if I'd like to add on addition items before my item shipped. It's crazy I can receive a email to spend more money but I can't recieve one for my current order I've placed. I'm totally ok with waiting long delivery times if this company ships from different countries etc. but I'd like to know that upfront and not expect tracking information within 4 days. I'd also like to have better customer service. I've given you my money and I'd just like a reply to my email and a update on my order. At this point I'm trying to figure out if this is a legitimate company even or ran in someone's basement.

Ordered November 28 2019. I was charged $76.99 on December 2nd. I was told on December 28th it is still on the way. On January 25th I had still not received order and asked for a refund. On January 27th I was told my refund was being processed. It is now February 6th and I have still not received a refund for the product I didn't receive.
