Hazel FH7:35 PM (15 hours ago)to [redacted], me Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for calling us. With reference to our last email and as discussed on call, we were informed that after writing to us for cancellation no flight was taken to the said destination. We pride ourselves in responding to any customer concern at the earliest and dealing with them to ensure that the incident doesn’t occur again. Hence, after consulting with my superior about the matter, as a testament to our commitment to providing you with the highest level of service, we are issuing you a future credit of USD 1124.99. The future credit would stay under the name of ([redacted]) and with the booking reference ([redacted] ) with us. The future credit issued comes with below regulations:All flights are subject to availability at the time of reservationThe future credit cannot be combined with any other credit order or promotional offerThe future credit is valid for one year from the date of issue which is (3/29/2016) The future credit can be used for booking made by calling FaresHUB only The amount used via the future credit will be USD 1124.99The rebooking fee of USD 200 and the difference in fare will be applicable while booking the new ticket    On calling to book, using the future credit, the customer has to quote the booking reference ([redacted] ) with us and the name of customer as ([redacted])  The customer needs to call us at 800 880 0585 to book the reservationI regret any bad experience that was caused and personally extend my apologies. Any educated person can see all these names, Aaron S and Max W are clearly fake reviews. Who gets the full name and writes in how amazing they are c'mon, and these people never quit, haha.
The price I opened didn't exist, I got "discounts" on a different amount and none of the discount codes I provided worked. It sent me a confirmation email, yet made it seem like I had a more premium flight than I did - wouldn't let me buy baggage, only to find out on my confirmation that I did need to purchase. Also, I received a phone call from Ajax,Ontario, from a random number the next day saying they were lookupfare. (Though lookupfare is .com and was charging me in USD). And he said they had some forms to send me and needed my ID and BOTH sides of my credit card photos sent to them.
C'mon!! Who has EVER asked for photos of your credit card, in an online purchase. When I said, dude, this sounds like a scam, just cancel my reservation he very quickly was like (Ok, we'll cancel), again what company says that and then said "we were only calling as your card showed as fraudulent" and then hung up on me. What company calls YOU if your card shows up fraudulent, and what online purchase goes through if your card is fraudulent, and what bank doesn't lock or flag your card? This is such BS, this company is a complete and utter scam.
