Hello [redacted],
As of 2/9/14 I still haven’t received the credit back to my credit card. I logged into my account to double check if the funds were there, but apparently they weren’t. I just wanted to keep you in the loop. I will check again on Monday.
Thank you again for your support.

Unless you are in firm control of every employee, it seems that you have someone giving false information to potential customers. Or, you are aware of such activity and choose to look the other way to claim plausible deniability. How would you like to defend customer poaching and illegal soliciting through Craigslist? That is how I was contacted by your business. This is explicitly against the websites policy. Again, you lied about pre-interest in my vehicle. Your terms and conditions for a refund were also not given to me in writing until after I was charged the fee and my information was collected via telephone. Your employees failed you properly explain through the phone all of the conditions for a refund. This is fraud. This is false advertising. This is a dishonest, unethical company trying their best to get as much as they can for as little as possible. You take advantage of every legal loophole possible and expect to get away with it. My bank has an ongoing investigation into your transaction. Your continued lack of business etiquette and failure to accept responsibility will only guarantee that this situation remains unresolved. I will be forwarding this failure to do right as a business to the proper social media outlets. Again, to anyone who is approached by this company - Stay away. They are unethical. They are liars and are trying to steal your hard earned money. Do not allow them to do so.

I asked OnceDriven to please reference my phone conversation as the sales associate I spoke with GUARANTEED a 100% full refund if my vehicle did not sell within 45 days. $189 is a lot of money to spend on this service. I also had submitted multiple complaints during this service because I did not receive ONE email or phone call from this "so called" service that was supposed to be provided. Yesterday, as I filed a complaint with the company, I talked to 5 different online associates all of which told me I would not qualify for a refund. Also, every single one of them closed out my chat session. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you go to Google search and start typing OnceDriven, the word "SCAM" will automatically populate behind it. If you look at the website, there is no contact information to file a complaint. Every business needs to offer the ability to guarantee a product, and if a customer is dissatisfied, they need to resolve the issue. NOT HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND CLOSE MULTIPLE CHAT WINDOWS. I am VERY DISSATISFIED and I want a full refund of $189. Thank you, Revdex.com for your help in this matter.

Complete parasites who infringe on peoples privacy. They should be shut down. They save your classified ads on craigslist, along with your phone number. They send you a voicemail without calling, so you don't get the option to speak with them initially. When you remove your ad from craigslist, they keep calling and leaving voicemails because you havent called their voicemail message yet. The voicemail is a man that lies and says to call his phone number direct. When you call, you go on a waiting list for about a half hour just to speak with someone else besides the man who initially called you. When you finally get through the woman asks if they may help you as if you are contacting them asking for their services. I never asked to be harassed like this before. Especially over a an old jalopy that I had for sale on craigslist. When a class action lawsuit goes to court, I want to collect againsts these parasites.
Well, made an ad on [redacted]. They took my information and began to solicit their unwanted services. Not reading the ad to see that I was purchasing not selling. Ignoring [redacted] policy and warnings that I did not want to be contacted or solicited services that entirely did not apply to me. It quite frankly annoys me. These people are less useful then spam in my email.

I am writing on behalf
of OnceDriven in response to the above-referenced complaint. We apologize for the delay in
responding to your initial complaint (may have been an issue with the mail).
Ms. [redacted] complains that she has not received her refund. The credit
card software report is showing that a full credit of $189.00 was processed on
March 9, 2015, the same day she purchased her ad. If Ms. [redacted] still claims
that she has not received it, we will need to speak with her bank and
coordinate with the merchant account provider to figure out where the error is
occurring.
Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We sincerely apologize for inconveniencing Mr. [redacted]. With
respect to contacting him, we assumed he wasn't interested in hearing from
commercial interests completely unrelated to why he posted his contact
information in the first place, (e.g., random marketers such as credit card or
home...
security companies). Our service is specifically tailored to help
him achieve his goal. We truly believe in our buyer-seller matching
service and want to help as many people as possible, but we understand that he
is not interested and therefore will not contact him at the number provided in
his complaint.
Sincerely,

The statement that Longwood uses to justify it's actions is inexcusable. The language that Craigslist uses is not vague and it is certainly not default. As a seller, I purposely clicked the "do not contact me" button. It is not meant for "random marketers", rather, it is meant for ANY unsolicited services. I did not solicit Longwood, so they should not have contacted me.
I would hope that companies who blatantly ignore this legal line of copy are prosecuted and fined. Those of us who are determined to not let these predatory companies operate freely outside the lines of consumer protection need to continue to call this and similar companies illegal activities out.
