Mr. [redacted] valid refund request was submitted to Once Driven on 9/29/2016. His refund has been processed in the amount of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee), and will be back to his credit card account within 3-5 business days. On behalf of Once Driven, we appreciate the...
opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager
Ms. [redacted] seeks an early refund and states that OnceDriven hasn't
done "anything to accommodate their false claims to sell my car."
In reality, one day after she listed her vehicle, 8 emails were sent to
buyers that had expressed interest in a vehicle like hers. The system
forwards...
those emails to the customer if they have an email address. Did
Ms. [redacted] receive and follow up with these interested buyers? The same
day OnceDriven also listed her vehicle on Facebook and "boosted" it
(which costs money). Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle is also priced above market value by over $1,200, which was advised to her on 8/13/2014.
The reason Ms. [redacted] was initially denied a refund was because
she called in only a week after listing with OnceDriven and she had not sold her
vehicle as required by the terms. She is still well within the refund window
if she sells her vehicle on her own to a buyer not provided by OnceDriven.
Sincerely,

Thank you for removing my number from your database, however, what about my wasted time from all of your excessive calls?

The phone number associated with Mr. [redacted] complaint was added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database on 6/28/2016, and will not be contacted again. On behalf of Once Driven we apologize for any inconvenience. To address Mr. [redacted] assertion that our representative stated "Once Driven...
is a Revdex.com Accredited business" properly, I will need the name of the representative that spoke with him please. The phone number look-up for the phone number associated with this complaint shows no record of an inbound call being received. Once Driven does not instruct its representatives to claim Accreditation with the Revdex.com in any way. However, if Mr.; [redacted] can provide a different phone number where he may have called in from on 6/28/2016, I will be more than happy to research the phone records again.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager
Shame on Renee Fisher and John Wilson from Oncedriven.com! Revdex.com has already contacted them about violating the no solicitation policy on Craigslist; however they keep soliciting anyways. I recently posted a personal vehicle for sale on Craigslist, and I selected the option to NOT receive solicitations or offers. Despite this, I've received 2 phone calls and subsequent voicemails from Oncedriven about helping to sell my vehicle for a $200 fee. I'm not interested. Stop harassing. Go away.

We have record of 2 charge back's being performed by Mr. [redacted]'s credit card company. One for the amount of $189 (The duplicate charge), and another charge back for the refund amount of $160. The 2 charge backs were received by Once Driven on 2/17/2014 & 2/21/2014. Since the charge back amounts represent the amounts owed to Mr. [redacted], there is no refund due to Mr. [redacted] from Once Driven.

Mr. [redacted]’s refund went through for sure on 2/25/2014 at 7:29 pm. The refund should be back to Mr. [redacted]’s card account within the next business day or two. Usually there is a 3 business day turnaround for the refunds to show on the customer’s card accounts. I apologize that the initial refunds didn’t process. I had no reason to believe they didn’t process. I wasn’t aware of the merchant account change until last week.
Please pass along my apologies to Mr. [redacted] for all of the delays. I apologize for creating more work for you all as well. We refunded his full amount of $249.

Once Driven has read Mr. [redacted] complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Mr. [redacted] stated that the guarantee was in "fine print". Before Mr. [redacted] payment was processed, the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee was explained in detail and Mr. [redacted] clearly agreed to the terms...
before his credit card was processed. In addition, Mr. [redacted] was sent a confirmation email which has a direct link to its refund policy. Considering the only contact Mr. [redacted] has had with Once Driven was to set up (and pay) for his listing with Once Driven on 8/12/2016, I am not quite sure where his assertion that Once Driven is a scam arrived. When Mr. [redacted] spoke with Once Driven on 8/17/2016, his refund request was denied due to him agreeing to the 45-Day Guarantee on 8/12/2016. After it was explained that he was not eligible for a refund, Mr. [redacted] then stated that he had already started the charge back process with his bank. In light of those comments, Once Driven will not be processing a refund of Mr. [redacted] payment since his bank will most likely make his funds available. If Mr. [redacted] does change his mind about charging back his payment, and sells his Yamaha to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first 45 days, he would be eligible for a refund of $189 minus the $29 processing fee that he agreed to on 8/12/2016.On behalf of Once Driven, we wish Mr. [redacted] the best of luck in selling his MotorcycleSincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

When the [redacted]'s signed up with Once Driven on 11/20/2014 the refund
terms were read and agreed upon before their payment was processed. The
refund guarantee clearly states that the Vehicle Identification Number
(VIN) has to be provided along with the last name of the buyer, and the...
sale date to determine refund eligibility. Once that information is
provided, the refund is validated and processed. This is not a surprise
to the [redacted]'s, as this is exactly what they agreed to upon placing
their listing with Once Driven. Once we obtain this information, and
verify the sale of their vehicle, Once Driven will process the [redacted]'s
refund in full as requested. Below, I have attached a link to
Once Drivens 45-Day Money Back Guarantee, to show that this is the terms
upon which the [redacted]'s agreed.[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

They have called [redacted] on three separate occasions. I can not tell you dates and times because it is an automated call that some how triggers my Voice mail, then they leave a message on my Voice mail.

The CA DMV confirmed the car is no longer registered to me as I provided the DMV as well as Once Driven with the Transfer and Release of Liability of the car. It is not possible for the Seller to be in charge of when or if the Buyer chooses to register the car. Nowhere in your Terms & Conditions is that stated. I met your criteria for the refund, as follows:To be eligible to request a refund: - Sellers must provide a photo within 14 calendar days of sign-up - Sellers must request the refund within the first 45 days of sign-up - Sellers must sell the vehicle to buyer not delivered by OnceDriven - Sellers must provide verification of sale of the vehicle
