As a "get started ASAP" logo design site, your service satisfied my needs completely. I needed something for my website and made it in 5 minutes. I think I might have appreciated a few more fonts to be available. Overall, the "bang for my buck" and "bang for my time" were on point!

The logo building was a bit limiting with no real options to customize. The website support is severely lacking and the website program continues to fail on a daily basis. Buttons don't work, content gets skewed and not because of anything I did.

Very good overall... For "newbies" a little more explanation on what the color index is and how it can be applied. Very affordable service.

Easy to use designer software. Not real happy with the jpg or png files. The logo is on a white background instead of being transparent. Does not look very professional on my webpage. I bought the hi-resolution files thinking maybe this would cure issue but it did not and I don't want to spend $40 for a vector file.

It was easy, I paid to much, I first purchase the high def at 12.99 then decided I needed vector version for 39.99. I bought both when I only needed one.

got a super cool logo, and opted to pay for better files to supposidly give me a better quality logo, but I can't transfer, or send, or copy the logo to my pictures or other people or anything. Not easy to maneuver.

Customer service is not helpful! I emailed support twice times and no response, called twice and no one is available to help me!

Was so disappointed that I paid more than $50 to when I live on disability, and I have had to hire an artist to clean up the logo!
