Minimum quantities for logo items are geared to large companies, effectively eliminating smaller or individual customers who don't need 300 or more of a given item.

Not impressed. Your limits on the use of graphics elements is arbitrary and annoying. I was not able to create the design I wanted. Very disappointing.

I bought vectored logo, but was sent wrong logo. I am still waiting to have purchased logo. Also it feels strange to have been sent others property to whom address.

The site is easy to use. However, I did not get a product I can use. The "high resolution" logo that I downloaded is full size. When I opened it in a photo application to resize it (I want to use it on my website and email signature), it became fuzzy and unclear. I worked with customer service and they really could not fix the problem, although they did resize and send me the image which I appreciated. However, I wanted to be able to edit my logo and use it, and I cannot do that. It was a waste of my money.

It was terrible is so many ways I cannot start. It's a rip off with zero customer care or service. I will do what I can to make sure others know of my experience.

I was looking for a way to incorporate a design for a commemorative gift. Log Garden let me design it and have it for a very nominal fee.
