I filled out a form online regarding "Anonymous" quote for refinancing my mortgage. On the last page stated will be sent to 3 companies. ***, Paramount Equity and another company I cannot recall. At 7:07 am Phoenix time I am getting calls from Paramount. I asked the man why are you calling me at 7am.... this == is a restricted time for telemarketers. The man di not seem to care he was as he was just trying to make a sale. He kept stating " you filled out a form..." or something to that effect. The call degraded from here. I called back on the number on my caller ID and woman answered with my name. I asked her why Paramount is calling me at 7 am here in Phoenix. Same poor attitude and apparently untrianed. No apology. No" I am sorry maybe there is something wrong with the dialer...... " Nothing just more negativity and poor customer service. My business is going elsewhere. By the way the other companies called me during regular business hours and was a WAY more positive experience.

In our process to refinance we had contact (or were contacted by) a number of vendors. We are happy that we chose Paramount as working with Nathan (and others there) helped use understand our options and set an obtainable goal. Once we had the plan he helped us through each step ensuring we understood all the steps and answering any questions we had (even if we asked the same question numerous times!) The process went to plan and I have shared their contact info with others I know are looking into refi options. Thank you kindly Nathan and I look forward to our connection to/with Paramount.

We have had a great experience with Harry W and also with Paramount equity. Everyone we spoke with at Paramount was VERY NICE. There was no grumbling like you get with other places. They listened and helped us as much as they could. I would refer them to anyone that I know.
