I am giving livesore zero stars! I ordered a shirt and a baseball tee on 12/19/17 and was charged both items. I received the shirt on 1/9/18, but the baseball tee was not in the mailed package. I sent them an email on 1/9/18 regarding status to the baseball tee and the process for a refund. No response from livesore. I sent a second email on 1/26/18 on status and refund. I hope to hear back from them soon.
Agree w the above. Seems this is standard for this company. Ordered and charged on Nov 1, 2017. Today is Dec 23. Guess I'm not getting in time for Christmas. They do answer emails however after reading above I see its a standard generic response to the same questions "I have been charged. Where is my stuff!". Obviously cannot keep up with orders. Not sure I would be sending this company any money!
Can I give Livesore zero stars? I placed an order for the donut shorts and and socks on 11/25. Received an email that the shipping time is 5-7 business days and the money was drafted. That is acceptable. What is not acceptable is that after said 10 business days. Still no indication of a shipment. They finally respond to my email and really prove how inadequate they are in operations and customer service. They gave excuses about just receiving the product in, they are in process of shipping, they are a small business and only one person working shipments... Quality service would be to email customer and let them know if there was a back order or a delay. Especially around the holidays when people order presents as gifts and the gift won't even make it on time. There was not a sincere apology offered, no empathy. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order with LiveSore on October 7th, on October 9th I received an e-mail saying that my order would be shipped within 5-7 business days, slow for most businesses but I knew that before ordering. The money was taken out of my account on the 9th as well (not pending, completely removed). I waited, and waited. On October 19th I then emailed asking about my order to only receive this "Good Morning,
I apologize for the slight delay, we are in the process of moving locations and we are trying to count inventory, and ship out orders as fast as we can. Please allow a little extra time before we send out order. We apologize for this inconvenience, we will be in a more smooth rhythm in about a week or so, for now we are trying to ship as much as we can before we move. We do not have a specific ETA time but these are expecting to come in soon.
We are also notifying our manufacturer and printer of our move so that all inventory can be sent to the new location. They will be sending us orders once we are moved in next week. Once again, we apologize for this slight inconvenience."
I'm sorry but other companies have moved before, yet they INFORM BUYERS BEFORE MOVING. The company is playing the victim when it was poor business communication on their part for not informing consumers before creating these huge delays. It's ridiculous and sheds poor light on the company as a whole. I then responded to receive NO RESPONSE from the company. better off ordering from any other competitor (born primitive etc.) they will actually get the order out and the quality is just as nice.
I purchased a number of different items on June 30th was told after the fact that some items were a pre-sale. 1 items was missing from original packaging, called and missing items was sent out the next day. My biggest issue is that I wore the shorts I purchased for $50 and they fell apart after 2 wears. I informed them with pictures and was told that they couldn't return or exchange because they had been worn. The only way the issues could have accorded is with use. Very disappointed in a company that markets themselves as a company for crossfit and they can't stand up to the basic crossfit movements.
I cannot speak to the quality of the products but I can speak to how ridiculous their production times are. I placed an order April 27, 2017 for the donut galaxy leggings. I received an email stating they are on presale and would be produced and shipped out the week of June 7, 2017. Fine. It is now July 1, 2017 and on June 26, 2017 I received an email stating they weren't prepared for the orders so the products would be shipping this upcoming week. I won't hold my breath. We are already working towards 3 months of no products being mailed out which is absurd. Even RageOn exclaims 15-20 days for production and shipment and they get their crap sent from Poland and it arrives faster than this mess.I surely hope the wait is worth it.
I ordered a pair of the blue marble booty shorts recently. The seam came out of the bottom of the shorts after one wash. I contacted customer service who informed me that they wI'll not exchange an item once it has been washed once, despite the fact that the garment didn't hold up.

I placed an order on 12/10. Order # [redacted]. I ordered classic white WOD mens shorts, Version 3 red WOD mens shorts and LiveSore competitor shirt. When I received my package, I only had the Version 3 red shorts and the t shirt. I have been trying to email them as to when I will receive my other pair of shorts. Sent 4 emails now and no response. There is no number that I can call either.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my other pair of shorts or get my money back.

At 8:30 AM PST, I called [redacted] at [redacted] and informed her that an email was sent to her on 1/4/16 at 11:29 AM PST as a reply to her order inquiry on 12/24/15. On this call I informed her that the Classic White WOD Mens Shorts (size 34") that she was waiting on are currently in production and will be shipping out this week. She was happy to receive the call and I forwarded the email sent on 1/4/16 again for her records as she did not receive the stated email. [redacted] stated that she is happy to wait for the shorts and loves our apparel. I have told her that a tracking email will be sent to her as soon as the shorts ship out (Email may come from Stamp.com automated services when the shipping label is printed). On the phone, she stated that she will be following up with Revdex.com to remove the complaint as the issue has been resolved.
Review: Ordered $304.00 in merchandise on May 19, 2014. Was informed that the T-Shirts were a presale fundraiser, and the merchandise would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Only part of the order were t-shirts. The other are shorts and wrist straps. On June 10 received an email that stated the order was complete. Still have not received my merchandise. Have attempted numerous times to obtain information, and I continue to get the story of "it is being manufactured". I also add that the owner would not respond to repeated messages, calls, or emails until one of the sponsored athletes for Live-Sore suggested he make contact with me. The website continues to advertise t-shirts that I have ordered and continues to post pictures of athletes wearing t-shirts on their Facebook site. I have no clue where these people are getting their t-shirts that were suppose to be presale. The local Crossfit sponsored athlete also has his t-shirts. I have not received anything. My thoughts are this company is poorly managed, and they have used the money for travel and other unrelated expenses. I would like my merchandise or my money returned.Desired Settlement: I want the merchandise that I ordered. This was a charitable donation and order for sponsorship of local Crossfit Games competitors. If the company cannot provide the order, then I want a refund. I do not want an excuse.

On the morning of 11/13/14 I emailed the customer [redacted] as well as contacting her via phone call. During the phone call, I apologized for the delayed shipment and explained the delays. Her order has been sent out today with priority shipping under the USPS.Com tracking number : [redacted]
This number was also emailed to her by me personally and our automated shipping program, [redacted].
Free apparel was included in this package and she has agree to inform you that the issue has been resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I received an apology directly from The Director of Operations and he added in another shirt and a few free accessories for the inconvenience. Package was received within one week of above mentioned phone call. Thank you for your time.
