Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I purchased leggings in May A month after I bought them they began to unravelI made several attempts at contacting LiveSore's customer service through their email and social media to try and get either a refund or an exchangeNo one replied to my emails until I filed the Revdex.com complaintThey called me and someone named [redacted] said they would exchange them for me and took down my contact informationThen in August, they replied to Revdex.com by saying that the issue was resolved and that they had refunded my moneyThen they emailed me and apologized and said they gave information to Revdex.comAt this point my case was closed on Revdex.com because I had been out of town and was unable to reply in timeWe are coming up on SIX MONTHS since this started and I have received NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE and the fact that they not only ignore me, but they LIED to Revdex.com infuriates meI want my $backPlease help meI am happy to provide the trail of emails I have from them Regards, [redacted]
We have spoken to her on the phone multiple occasionsWe have also refunded her for her ordersOur accounting department has gone ahead and refunded her for her pants, along with her club membership
At 8:AM PST, I called *** *** at *** and informed her that an email was sent to her on 1/4/at 11:AM PST as a reply to her order inquiry on 12/24/On this call I informed her that the Classic White WOD Mens Shorts (size 34") that she was waiting on are currently in
production and will be shipping out this weekShe was happy to receive the call and I forwarded the email sent on 1/4/again for her records as she did not receive the stated email*** stated that she is happy to wait for the shorts and loves our apparelI have told her that a tracking email will be sent to her as soon as the shorts ship out (Email may come from Stamp.com automated services when the shipping label is printed) On the phone, she stated that she will be following up with Revdex.com to remove the complaint as the issue has been resolvedIf there is anything else needed, she has my contact email (***) in the email that was resent to her this morning.

Our accounting team has confirmed the refund amount of $on Sept 7th (please see attachment)Typically, refunds take up to a couple days for it to show back up into the customers accountThe customer should have this refund now

I have emailed and called and reached out on instagram and I’m trying to find all three of my shipments from this store. I have spent over 200$ here in three different orders that were placed two weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing from the company regarding my packages.

Then in August, they replied to Revdex.com by saying that the issue was resolved and that they had refunded my money. Then they emailed me and apologized and said they gave false information to Revdex.com. At this point my case was closed on Revdex.com because I had been out of town and was unable to reply in time. We are coming up on SIX MONTHS since this started and I have received NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE and the fact that they not only ignore me, but they LIED to Revdex.com infuriates me. I want my $50 back. Please help me. I am happy to provide the trail of emails I have from them.

We have spoken to this customer, we have refunded her for the pants and also cancelled her club membership and refunded her for the months she signed up on her membership as well.
On the morning of 11/13/14 I emailed the customer [redacted] as well as contacting her via phone call. During the phone call, I apologized for the delayed shipment and explained the delays. Her order has been sent out today with priority shipping under the USPS.Com tracking number...

Zero, horrible company. I placed an order on a December 27th and when I placed the order there was zero mention of it not being in stock. I received and email it would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. I emailed January 22 to find out where the hell my order was. Was told they were waiting to receive them from the manufacturer. It is now February 11th and nothing. I sent and email for a refund and placed a dispute with PayPal, never ordering from this company again.
