Lifetime Moving & Storage

I am currently having the worst possible experience with this moving company Multiple email and telephonic communications have been transmitted between parties stating a to day delivery window As of this moment they have failed to meet stated commitments and my communication with dispatch has only been met with robotic and unhelpful answers
Based upon previous reviews I am not only concerned about receiving my belongs in a promised time frame I am also concerned about the condition of my property
It is unfortunate to have to post such a comment however I feel it important for other to know the travails of working with Lifetime Moving and Storage

Lifetime moving & storage, and its staffs were absolutely wonderful to work withWe don't move often, and had built up a considerable amount of household goodsFrom the beginning, the movers were so calm about what we needed that actually calmed us downThey were extremely professional, helpful, patient and efficientMy sister-in-law stayed at the old house while we closed on the new house and commented about their efficiency and good humor as they packed the trucksEverything they did for the move was perfectThey moved us in, set us up, and wished us good luck when they leftI was absolutely amazed at the care they took with us and our possessionsAnd I thank them for making the entire experience not merely endurable, but actually enjoyable.'

Moving is such a big pain in the neck I never thought I would ever want to move again until I met and used Lifetime moving & storageThe movers were very efficientThey completely changed my mind about movingThey did the breaking apart and putting back together so no worries about that part when you have to unpack at the end of the dayI would recommend them to anyoneYou can rest easy while they take care of your move

Lifetime moving & storage was awesome!! We moved from Arizona to GeorgiaOur first movers bailed on us at the last minute but lifetime stepped up and got it doneShowed up on time and packed everything with careThey kept us well informed throughout the processThe delivery guys were awesome worked non stop in the heat and humidityThey even changed their shirts several times so they wouldn’t get our stuff sweaty, great job guys????
A few boxes got damaged but luckily we packed well and nothing was damagedWe will probably be moving again in a few years and Lifetime will be our first callThanks

Joe, Joseph and Ralph were OUTSTANDING movers They arrived on time, they completely wrapped and protected all of our belongings and quickly moved everything in less time than estimated They were such hard workers and very professional Using Lifetime Moving was the very best move we have ever experienced and we even came in under budget

Lifetime Moving & Storage was an incredible company to work with from beginning to end I was moving from AZ to CO and my belongings went into storage for months ~ I received everything in perfect condition and everyone was SO professional a great to work with

The men who came to pack my stuff were very goodI have moved internationally and not paid as much as this company chargesI would NEVER have used them had I known it would be so much money

Missing several boxes of belongings clearly labeled with name on them as well as barcodesMissing wire shelving units and christmas treeSeveral pieces of broken furnitureSeveral attempts asking them to locate boxesThey will not look for boxes and keep stating to make a claimI did give them numbers for boxes and they are saying I did notOur name is labeled in bold letteringI wrote an online review and the owner responded with lies stating we checked off boxes at delivery and that nothing was brokenBoth untrueI have the forms and pictures to show otherwiseThe forms were signed by the driver acknowldging the broken furniture

We purchased full pack when we moved They told me it included unwrapping and unpacking First when we put in a request for our furniture they sent us a confirmation emailWe waited for word of when our delivery was comingWhen we called to enquire they told me they never got it and we would have to request it again even after I sent them the email they sentWhen they brought it they were hours late and I had to go to workMy husband has had strokes and didnt understand the full packTwo men unloaded the truck with my husbands helpThey didnt unwrap a most of the furnitureWhat they did unwrap they threw on the front lawn and left it Every thing was piled in garage and spare room to the ceilingMy husband is and I have fibromyalsiaThat is why we ordered full pack.They told us they would unwrap and unpack Now they said we did not order it soooo what did we pay $for?

My moving experience with Lifetime Moving was amazingI was moving from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st floor apartment about minutes awayRalph and Tulio, the moving crew that was assigned to my move, showed up on time and got right to workThey hustled the entire move, even jogging with the dollies between the truck and my apartmentsThey were also very friendlyThey finished in the quoted time and everything was greatI would use them again in the future

We hired Lifetime Moving after seeing they were recommended by Revdex.comWe were having our possessions moved from Arizona to New York I was told that I needed to set up a delivery date Initially I was not sure of the delivery date as I have tenants squatting in my house in New York & I needed time to get them out As we got closer to the pick up date, I was asked again for a delivery date which I hesitantly gave as July 21, However, two days before pickup, I needed to change the delivery date for my possessions from delivery to the option to be held in storage for free for one month as advertised and promisedI spoke with Amanda who initially very helpfulHowever, when the men came to pick up our belongings they informed us that it was mandatory that the mattresses were to be boxed and I was then charged $for the boxesI called Amanda & questioned this to which she responded that she did not know it was mandatory & forwarded the information to a supervisor, r
