We hired Lifetime moving to transport our stuff from AZ to NC.We called months bwe had to move & requested a quote.They gave us a price & never came to house to see types & quantity of items being moved to finalize quote.We kept in touch w/ them as things changed.On the day of the move, they showed & told us the cost was going to be higher than quoted originally.The items quoted over the phone were mistakenly undersized by their representative & they should’ve visited us to verify items & their sizesNew price was about $difference btwn the quote & the new cost.I talked to the owner & told me that if I do not like the new price they can leave & I can find another moving company!! Of course this was more convenient for him to say to a family of on the day of the move across the country.We accepted the “forced” price & the potential not starting my new job ontime.Items were delivered on a rainy day & truck driver couldnt make it into my drive way because the turn was “too nar
I recently moved from Phoenix to Bloomington, IL and my household items were transported by Lifetime Moving and StorageI should say they are the best movers at a very nominal pricingYARON (Driver) was the person who delivered our items in Bloomington and he was extremely professionalYaron took great care and made sure all the items were handled properly without any damageHe was a very friendly person as wellMy home goods were all in good shape while being deliveredThe household items pidate and delivery date were all perfectly planned and they stood by their wordsMICHAEL was the person who handled the packing of my goods and he was very professional too
Overall, extremely satisfied with Lifetime Moving and Storage for the pricing, service, and commitment to their work!

I hired Lifetime Moving & Storage to move a few items from Phoenix to Chicago During the move, they damaged the lobby of the condominium, then the elevator, resulting in damages and fines of in excess of $beans assessed against me I followed the claims process, and was offered $to settle the dispute I cannot recommend this company or their claims handling process I was once told that the measure of a business is how they handle their claims, and this company completely fails in that regard
Horrible company! Extremely disappointed with the final outcome, which is sad because the office people were very helpful The communication was terrible for making arrangements for final delivery There were items lost and damaged Replacements cannot be found for the patio cushions that were lost A brand new hand truck was "lost" I do NOT recommend this company The insurance reimbursement is a scam! It is a long process and in the end the amount of money received is not worth the effort I consider this company unethical
Was lead to believe that relocation would take place in a timely mannor When moving truck arrived to loadI was then told mover had days from when I would be at new location This was after salesperson mislead and wife and I slept on floor for weeks while movers had our stuff Now after knowing we would be out of the country starting on 11/19/they tell me the only time to deliver is day after Thanksgiving when everything is closed What am I to do???
Of the numerous problems that I faced while dealing with this company the worst was the driver, ***, who was very rude, aggressive, and completely unwilling to work with me or management at my apartment complexHe demanded that I pay for any parking tickets that he might receive by parking outside of the loading dock because he could not maneuver the truck into the loading dock due to his ineptitudeI was never told to have to pay for any parking tickets that the driver may get due to his negligence and it was nowhere in the contractThat is part of the business and something they need to deal with on their endThat is not, and should not, be the responsibility of the customer and also should not be DEMANDED from the customer*** did not let me talk to his boss when I asked to get confirmation of being required to pay for a parking ticket and refused to move my stuff until I agreed to pay for the parking ticketMy friend, management at my apartment, and I did not feel safe wi
I recently moved from Arizonia to Michigan and without the expertise of Spring being as helpful as she was with organizing this move and all the team of Jay, Mike, Joe and the Driver Ron none of this would have been possible I would just like to say I would recommend Lifetime Moving to all my family and friends and some they are a very professional company With care and compassion they handle my things with the respect
I found this company using reviews onlineThey actually had more positive reviews than negative and they lived up to those reviews! They showed up the day they agreed to and packed the house in less than hoursThey delivered days after my requested date (I did not pay a guaranteed delivery date fee) even though contractually they had more days to do soThe delivery guys were professional and fastThey brought everything in, took off the moving blankets and plastic, put it where I asked and then removed all of the packaging materialsThere was only one thing broken (not discovered until later) and that was a wheel on the shop vacI am completely satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone who asked
On November 11, 2017, Lifetime Moving and Storage moved my furniture from a previous move in to my new house During that time, one of the workers stole my Rolex watch from my closet I notified the Phoenix Police Department the following Monday and within hours, they had located my watch with confirmation of the individual who stole it I immediately notified Lifetime Moving and Storage and tried to resolve my complaint I am required to buy my watch back from the *** shop it was taken to or have it sit as evidence in a police station for up to years I have followed each of the very tedious procedures that Lifetime requires for any claim and now, months later, still have absolutely no resolution I'm writing this review to WARN others! I thought I was working with an honest company who had an interest in the safety and care of their customers personal items Bewareif things go wrong - they will not stand behind their business You will be forced to jump through
We only moved miles away, but couldn't have made this move without the entire Lifetime Moving team! Everyone was amazing! Amanda was so easy to work with and answered every question I hadShe took the time to get to know our needs and organized our move perfectly! Our moving crew, (Joe *., Tolio, Jose and Carlos), took care of our furniture and boxes with great care They even moved us in less time than they quoted usWhat a great group of guys! My first time ever working with a moving company and so far the experience was great with Lifetime Movers in ArizonaOnly reason I say that is because my move is not complete and my items will be in storage for a few months with them until I'm ready to haul it from Arizona to San AntonioCompany and employees are very easy to work with and quite responsiveThe packers were timely, a great crew and everything was packed very well
The biggest problem we had with this company is damage to our goods We have had Interstate moves in the last years due to business interests and this is the first time we have had damage A lot of our boxes were turned upside down and of course, you can't do that and expect things in the boxes to remain intact Our triple dresser was badly damaged We lost very expensive ceramic plates - all broken wooden file cabinets damaged stand up file cabinet damaged A very expensive piece of wall art - the frame destroyed and they packed it and charged us extra for doing so As far as the move itself, we had our belongings put into their storage facility as we didn't have our new home in Florida quite ready We requested our belongings on the 10th of April asking for a delivery date of May, 2nd The goods finally arrived weeks after that so basically, we slept on the floor in our bedroom all that time The loading and unloading process was fine with no real issues other than I helped them with some of the heavier items since I didn't want any further damage to my walls or floors I'm years old so that was somewhat difficult and I have never had to do that before They ask for you (demand really) to fill out a performance sheet right after everything is delivered Of course you feel obligated to give all excellent remarks since the driver is watching you but the problem is, you haven't had an opportunity to unpack and see what damage there is Have you seen what is involved in filing a claim??!! They want estimates to repair, original photos of damage and they won't accept anything emailed, must be hard copy Wow
