Review: I ordered an ant farm and ants from this business. My money was immediately debited from my PayPal account but I have not received any confirmation that my products have been shipped. I have called all 3 numbers. The toll free # rings a few times and then just goes silent, the local number rings and then goes to a voicemail that is full. I tried both email addresses one was invalid and the other went through but I have yet to receive a response. This was suppose to be a birthday present for a child. My next step is to file a complaint with PayPal if I can not get this resolved in a professional timely manner. ThanksDesired Settlement: Please just touch base with me. I need to know what is going on and I would appreciate my goods being shipped ASAP

Review: I placed an order for live ants on Saturday May 16th. I have yet to receive any information regarding my order. I got the approval screen once my order was placed, but no confirmation email. I have tried calling and leaving messages, along with emailing them about my order. I still have not heard anything on my order. The money has been taken out of my account though. I would really just like to know that my order went through and my live ants will be/have been shipped.Desired Settlement: I would really like to get my order of live ants.

Review: I ordered live ants from this business. Although my debit card was immediately charged, after two weeks the ants have not been delivered. This would be fine if I received some sort of delay notification, or if the business was reachable by phone or email (neither my calls nor emails have been returned). After searching online this afternoon, I discovered numerous Revdex.com complaints of this nature - this business clearly has no regard for customer service.Desired Settlement: A business that accepts money from customers should then be reachable by those customers. I want (actually, my six year old daughter wants) the ants. This business should reexamine its practices or cease operations.

Review: ordered two lodestones on february 5 and haven't received them yet. I see there have been others with the same problem with life studies.
