Yes, we sent the order twice and will try one more time if desired or we will refund the $10.00. We have to rely on Canada Post to deliver the order as we have no one available here to drive or fly there and personally hand deliver the package.

Review: I ordered 3 items from antslive.com and have not received them. I have sent 3 emails & multiple calls, none returned.
I ordered 3 items over a weeks ago. I emailed the company to the directed email and have not gotten a response. I have called several times and nobody ever picks up. I have no idea if this guy took my money and ran or what the deal is because they/he/she will not return my calls or emails. I need help making contact with the owner. Horrible customer service skills.Desired Settlement: I want my package sent to me ASAP! Overnight shipping, I have waited long enough! I would also like an apology for this horrible customer service.

The business never contacted me. I never received an email, which they have and certainly not a phone call. I am deployed now, which is why they could not have called, but my family tells me they sent another package, which was uncalled for. I cannot do anything with the package they sent me. I would have preferred an apology, store credit, or money given back. It was pointless for them to send me another package...basically it is wasted.

We are sorry for any inconvenience or stress that our incapable, irresponsible, negligent service might have caused the customer. We will do better in the future. We have replaced the items which we sent that were never received and also refunded the purchase price. Hopefully he will be satisfied. If not, let us know and we will do whatever else is needed. Review: I ordered ants 3 weeks ago and have not received them.
I ordered ants on December 26th for my son's ant farm that he got for Christmas. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not received the ants, however my account has been charged. I have sent emails (no response), I have tried calling (no one answers).
My son is very excited to start his ant farm but extremely disappointed everyday when he checks the mail :(Desired Settlement: I would like the ants to be delivered.
