I have been a customer of Preferred Pest Control for approxtwo and a half years My wife and I are very happy with Preferred and brag to our neighbors about their service We have experienced nothing but professionalism from their technicians and have not been bitten by any mosquitoes since we started their service We will continue their service as long as they are in business

check whether or not our Manager had stolen money from the customerWe were able to determine that he had not been doing so Our policy is that we do charge a fee for the customer to collect any personal items if those items are still inside once the repossession takes placeThe customer also agreed to these terms when they began to rent the building. My name is Frank and live in Knoxville and would like to share a very happy and satisfied experience. I have contracted with preferred Pest for approx. the last three (3) years and am very pleased with their service they provide to me for mosquitoe control. Not only have I not seen a mosquitoe since they began spraying, but have never been bitten. I told my neighbor about my experience and they began the service also, my neighbor thanks me everyday since they are also very happy customers. Adam is the technician and he is very polite, professional and always on time. I would highly recommend Preferred Pest to anyone

Awesome Company, the first service we had was for termite control on a new home we were buying. The seller actually paid for the treatment and then we agreed to yearly treatments to keep the quarantee effective . The yearly treatment cost actually went down in price. How is that for living in a world of rising cost? Sam and his crew go above and beyond to give us the best protection possible.

Preferred Pest, Termite & Turf is great. I have been a customer since Sam started the company. They always show up when they say they will and do a great job. My lawn looks great. Having one company do my yard and pest control is very convenient. If I see any bug issues all I have to do is call and someone comes out. I have had other companies for my lawn but Preferred is the only one that addresses the issues I have with my lawn not just a generic fix for crabgrass.

We have used preferred pest for the past two years and we have had great results. We were able to enjoy our backyard all summer with the great mosquito service. Preferred pest is reliable and professional. We are relocating in Knoxville and we plan to continue using them.

Jake came out after we just moved here last week and knew 1) our home had termites before we bought it and we wanted to make sure they did not come back and 2) we had noticed tons of spiders, flys, ants and wasps/hornets since we moved in. He explained everything so well and easily for us and is super friendly. We had the "outdoor pest" treatment done that day when he came for the free estimate, and have now scheduled the Sentricon system for long term termite prevention. Very reasonably priced and great service!

Preferred Pest please keep up the good services you offer. After three years of your service for mosquito control we do not have to worry about being outdoors and being bothered by mosquitoes. We have bragged to our neighbors about your great services and several of them are now having their yards serviced also. It is a great feeling to share with other people pertaining to the enjoyment of mosquitie free living. I live in the woods, mosquito free thanks to Preferred Pest and Adam the technician does great work.
