I had a terrific experience with Legendary Whitetails customer service. I was trying to return an item and the customer service agent was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and funny and we got the return done in record time. This company always stands by their products and seems to be happy to take things back when their item is not exactly what I expected.

We live in north Texas and they have come in handy - its been cold. Hes 6'4" and he has never found any hoodie or sweater that comes in XXL -Tall. I just wanted to say that their customer service is excellent! I don’t think I’ve had an easier time trying to make an exchange than with the Legendary Team! The phone call was fast, direct, and answered all of my questions. Their emails following the call were easy to follow and very helpful! I don’t write too many reviews, but I was really impressed by their service! I will definitely be buying from them again!

I was charged for my order PLUS a pre-authorization fee on my debit card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE that was six times the amount of my order (order was $49.94 and charge was nearly $300). No where on the receipt and order summary does it state that they were putting a hold of this size on my account. It only states that I was charged $49.94. I only knew about this charge after I called my bank following an attempt to use my card and it was denied. This hold could make my outstanding checks bounce (still to be determined).

I never would have made this purchase if I had known that they were going to do this. I had to call them to find out that they placed this hold on the account and that it would be lifted in 3 -5 business days. This practice may have no consequences when one uses a credit card, but it can be devastating when one uses a debit card.

Hello Revdex.com,Upon review of the customer's situation, they did indeed place an order (number 5059613) on 1/4/18. The total was $49.94 and it appears, for no clear reason on our end, that his card may have been authorized several times. On rare occasion, this has happened to customers and the reasons why could be varied as clicking Submit Order too many times, going back and forth from confirmation page back to the checkout page or, even more rarely, a web glitch. We fielded the customers calls on 1/10/18 and 1/11/18 and provided what level of explanation that we could. We also sent notification to his bank that we only intended to charge him once (and that they should, therefore, reverse any authorizations). If the customer has experienced any bank charges, we welcome him to contact us about that immediately and we will work with him and his bank on resolving that issue.Thank you,***Legendary Whitetails Customer Care

On Dec 16, 2017 I placed an order Order# ***, it was for 2 XL sweatshirts Item# *** the cost of each shirt was $32.98, total of order was $65.96 On Dec 26, 2017 (10 days later I could place the same order and the cost of each shirt is $14.99. I called and asked for a refund in the difference customer service told me they could not do that because that size is not available anymore. That size is still available, I took pictures and have proof.

Hello Revdex.com,Indeed, the customer (ordering under the name Kenneth ***) did place an order on 12/15/17 (order number ***) for two hoodies that totaled $65.98, which was the cost of the items at that time. As the end of the Christmas season arrived, we moved many items to clearance, including the hoodies that were purchased. The clearance prices are only available for new orders, which we specify in the offer details. The customer contacted us on 12/27/17 to inquire for a refund and was informed that we could not provide a credit. In addition, that in order to take advantage of the new clearance prices that they could re-order and then return their original purchase. The issue was escalated to a specialist and they informed the customer of the same. If we informed the customer that the items were out of stock, that may have been an error at the time (we are certainly out of stock now). I understand the customer's disappointment in this situation and, as always, we do have a "Love It or Send It Back" returns approach which comes with a free return label which they can use to send their items back for a full refund, if they so desire.Thank you,AndyLegendary Whitetails Customer Care

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
That is not good business ediquette, If customers can return their order on 12/27/17 and receive a full refund of $65.96, and turn around and order the same exact order on the same day for $29.98, Legendary Whitetail should not be in business. Most businesses will give you a credit if you call them within in a 2 week period. Legendary Whitetail should consider changing their policy to satisfy the customer, not their business. Very disappointed customer.

I have ordered many items and love everything. Great quality and good fit. I ordered my Grandson a sweatshirt and it was too big. I used the free return and they shipped the new size as soon as they received mine. Wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience with Legendary Whitetails! I saw a great sale on a jacket that I knew my husband would love, so I ordered it. However a few hours later I thought “man I should’ve ordered a second one for my father!”, so I tried to cancel the order so I could add on the second jacket. They were so timely with their shipping that in just those few hours they had already shipped my first item! So even though I could’ve gotten free shipping had I ordered both items together, it was such a great deal that I said well I’ll just order another one and pay the shipping. I emailed to let them know what had happened and without and questions asked the refunded both of my shipping costs! Now my husband and my dad are getting GREAT gifts for a GREAT price and I’m thrilled! I can’t wait to do more shopping through Legendary whitetail! So thank you for that great customer service!!!!

Having grown up in Wisconsin I didn’t discover this legendary company until last year!!! Now living in Texas, when I want warm clothes I think back to when I was a child my warm clothes were thick and durable and the more you wore them the softer they became. I have Bennett over the top satisfied with the products I’ve purchased, it’s hard to find truly warm clothes in Texas. It’s nice to be able to order some so that if I do get to venture home to Wisconsin I’ll have clothes and gear to suit the weather up there as well!

I would like to thank Legendary Whitetails for helping provide a secure and friendly customer service program and also thank their care rep Curtis for being very efficient and understanding with the assistance he provided me. He was very helpful, curteous, and knowledgeable. It really made my interaction a swift and easy process to complete. They reconciled my concerns fairly and professionally.

Legendary, the name says it all. Every experience I've had with Legendary Whitetails has been STELLAR.
Products are top notch, people that work there go above and beyond to give you a wonderful cheerful experience. I never order online just because they make it such a great experience.

Our entire family buys from Legendary, especially prior to Christmas. Have always been happy with their products with only a few returns for size replacements. Their customer service is second to none.

I recently ordered a shirt that was excellent quality but unfortunately did not fit right. I attempted to return the product and it was somehow lost in the mail. I notified customer service and received prompt and excellent service. We were unable to locate the package but I was still credited a full refund in order to avoid more hassle on my part. The representative who took care of me did so kindly, patiently and made my satisfaction top priority. Fantastic customer service and overall brand!!
