I am rejecting this response because:I have never given my account information EVER to anyone in the game in the 6 years that I have been playing this game. All those accounts are MINE, I can verify for you that they are all mine in an any type of security process check. All of those accounts have MY password and have the same character name. I assume one of your employees have logged into my account or have given others my account password because I would NEVER do this especially since my billing info is on ALL of those accounts and NONE of those charges have been disputed EVER in the past. I would like to have my accounts unbanned in any way possible because this is CLEARLY not true without even any proof as to how I even shared my accounts. Furthermore, all my accounts are linked together and has a master password connecting all of them together as well as even having similar emails. I would like to have a way to verify that those accounts are mine and have them unbanned or have a more THOROUGH investigation because these accusations are clearly false and untolerated especially without any proof whatsoever.

The first email from our system was sent on 06/26/2015. This email would have indicated that an account under your email address was created. On 07/08/2015, the first purchase receipt was sent to you. On 07/09/2015, we received the first ticket from your email address, making us aware of the situation. The charges you requested a refund for, were not eligible due to the fact that the benefits were already utilized on the account. This is the reason the Support Team was unable to provide you with a refund. I have reviewed the response made by Kingsisle Entertainment, and find that this complaint has been resolved better than I was expecting. The resolution was originally resolved with PayPal earlier this morning, and the response from Kingsisle on this site was solidifying the evidence that I have indeed received a refund. Having just been hired for a job, and spending the majority of my savings on moving, I need to be on a budget, and the two automatic membership renewals from last night (which were billed a day prior to the expiration of the previous memberships) made me panic as it was a blow to my wallet at the time. But, I am going to purchase memberships as soon as I get my feet on the ground. I appreciate all of the help Kingsisle, PayPal, and Revdex.com have given me in resolving this issue in a timely manner. Thank You,

Hello,After further investigation, the account in question is only responsible for $85. A gift certificate was purchased through a different account and redeemed on your account. The charge was then disputed by the card owner and a chargeback was issued. As a result, your account was banned.  Doesn't matter who made the poor excuse for acceptable changes.  I will post all the messages/screenshots from other people at the Wizard101 forums.  You do allow photos right?  I'm sure you do.  They will be posted.  All 200+, of people complaining endlessly, extremely angry, frustrated and appalled at your changes.  The Change.org petitions are gaining enough ground that this Revdex.com report is just redundant.

mute on the account.The account [redacted] was originally muted on 9/27/2015 for using language that violated the Terms of Use in the in-game chat.  The account had been sanctioned with warnings, temporary mutes, and temporary suspensions due to such language on 21 previous occasions.  Each time the account was sanctioned, the user was reminded that such language is not permitted and additional violations would result in permanent sanctions.We cannot lift the mute on the account [redacted] because of these violations of our the Terms of Use.While we understand the frustration of not having chat options in the game, we'd like the customer to keep in mind that KingsIsle Entertainment works very hard to maintain a safe environment for all of our players.
