The car was wholesaled from our dealership to another company and at that point the company who has the car should regerister it with the stateI will have my tilte agent look into this and see if the buyer ever did thatI will follow up on this today

On the contract there is an expiration dateIt is one year, oil changes, tire rotationNot a big deal I would love to keep the customer and I will give her another year of oil changes and I will pay for it.Thank you, I want to keep happy customers

Rebates are [redacted] programs, as I am a [redacted] we as a store don't have the power to override Ford's rebate guidelinesThe [redacted] 's could have receive the rebate possible however the husband is not on the car purchaseIf [redacted] is a [redacted] of a [redacted] branch we can submit to Ford to see if they will give the rebate

The customers were well aware of the complete transaction and there is no hidden agendaIt is there warranty company not ours so they understood what was to happen in each optionThey wanted to get back to their home state and this transaction took several daysThe customer is responsible to hold up the transaction that they agreed to, it is not the dealerships responsibility to pay for there repair

There was an error in pricing from our third party vender and our web siteThe pricing on the particular vehicle was wrong and the management team appologized at the time when the customer was herewe have contacted both the lead provider and our web page host to ensure no further pricing
mistakesAre main goal is to sell new and pre owned cars and not to make our customers upset with usI appologize for the incoinvenance

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI believe it would have gone
differently had I not filed this complaint, and made the matter publicI was delayed for days, and all emails to the *** *** were ignored, and I was threatened with the fees, and told I would lose in court (although I did not mention court action) and despite this being a mistake made by them, I had to jump through hoops to return the car, with no assistance whatsoeverAll this happened after my complaint was filedI do still have concerns about their overall history in handling these fees, however I now have my money back and therefore am satisfied with my personal situation
Sincerely,
*** ***

This is a *** *** *** issue we try to assist but the ultimate decision if it is going to be a warranty item comes from *** *** **

*** purchased a vehicle from us a put down $to make the deal happenThere was an error and we deposited the check a few days early, so she called the story and we sent her a check back and she was then suppose to send a second check back to us so we could depositWe did are part however
she never sent back the second check and by this time she had received her survey from Ford and she told my sales manager that if we would for go the $down she would give us a good surveyIt doesn't work that way, so she gave us a bad survey and we are still waiting the down deposit

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/11/16) */
WE LISTEN TO THE CONCERNMS OF THE CUSTOMER AND WE HANDLED THE CUSTOMERS ISSUESMY SERVICE MANAGER DID WHAT RIGHT I BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY WITH US
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2015/11/17) */
Larry Miller Ford did the
following
Made the repairs on the truck and covered all the costs
Removed the after market computer
Had the original warranty re-instated
I think that we can close this caseThanks for looking into thisI'll update the case

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/16) */
the car the customer had was very nice car however when our 3rd party advertise company did the mailer the mustangs were pulling as a Cobra mustang, ***'s mustang was a GT which is considered dollar amount less that an SVT CobraWhen a mailer
happen's the 3rd party advertising comapany sends out a program they don't have a specific VIN number they just know what vehicle a customer hasSo appologize for the fustration
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/12/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If what you say is true, the salesman on the phone should have gotten more information before verbally agreeing to the price on the mailerAn agreement is an agreement and you backed out of itPeriodNowhere on the mailer did it say Mustang CobraThat would have been a red flag for me
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/12/18) */
I have already contacted the third party advertising agency and told them use a lower amount and delete the mustangs from future mailers since the VIN# can't be decoded from the SVT Cobra to a GT to a base mustang
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2015/12/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Mr*** ***,After reading your complaint and reviewing the service records it is apparent that there was a miscommunication with you regarding the additional repair. The secondary leak was discovered in a separate location and additional miles, this leak was not apparent during the
first repair. As I am certain you are aware seals and gaskets do ware over time. I apologize you feel the diagnosis was uneducated and unwarranted but we do give our customers the option of accepting or declining our service which you chose to decline the second repair. We are truly sorry that your remote is inoperable please feel free to bring that in and we will reprogram your key for you. We always strive for higher standards of customer service and we are disappointed that you feel less than satisfied with us. We hope that in the future you have a better experience whether it be with Larry H Miller Ford Lakewood or any other establishment

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The other complaints were not answered or clarifiedI also recently learned that the wrong county was entered for sales taxI have contacted the dealership regarding this with no response.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The required verification from Ford was completed on-line, printed, and my husband and myself delivered it to Larry Miller Ford on 10/9/ The paperwork was not submitted by the dealership or the dealership kept the rebateMy husband is contacting ***s groups to warn other ***s and is planning on picketing this dealership
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: To assume that a similar leak is going to erupt from the same area as the original diagnois after miles is sillyTo condone that Ford trucks generally deliver oil leaks every miles is unacceptableI disagree with the remedy, simply as it doesn't add upTo agree that that the remote repair was ineffective and to offer no remedy other than consume more time of the consumers time is contrary to Larry H Miller's guarantee to consumer satisfactionIn laymans terms Larry HMiller is uninterested in customer service and will side step repairs deflecting a mileage rebuttal that is considerable less miles than an oil changemiles? Really? Do you stand behind all your products and service in this manner? DisagreeWith the outcomeFull refund is requested
Sincerely,
*** ***

I would like to find out more about the situationI looked into our customer data tool (CRM) and I do not see their name appear in the customer data baseI also looked the name up in the area we pull credit and also didn't see the customer pull up in our systemIf I could get the date they were
here and if there is another name or maybe it was a company name

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 23, 2015/10/09) */
I see this happened back in december of 2014 and the complaint to the Revdex.com was made in July 2015. I would have to look at the repair order and the customers vehicle to look at the scratches. If the customer would like reach out to my service...

manager [redacted] I will have him set up an appointment to view the scrtches.

I will look into this today and respond back to the customer, I there is an issue it hasn't been brought to my attention.

Revdex.com:
I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID [redacted]. You accepted the terms of the warranty when you purchased our vehicle on a trade in. You can not choose to follow a contract for 2 thousand dollars that I did not agree to. I am not responsible for the repairs on a vehicle that you purchased from me. This is not the terms of either contract I signed. Neither contract holds me responsible for a specified dollar amount after the warranty pays out. I refuse to pay for repairs on a car that I do not own. You purchased the vehicle from me as is, understanding that the repair was covered under the warranty. The warranty pay out is not a specified amount in either of the contracts. You advised me that if the engine repair is a covered service, which it is, then you would consider the trade in value 4 thousand dollars. That was not contingent upon on actual pay out dollar amount from the warranty company. This was not a stipulation on either of the contracts I signed. I am following legal advice and not accepting a bill of 2 thousand dollars. The sale has already been completed with the engine malfunction being covered under the warranty guidelines. You accepted the sale of the vehicle with the existing warranty and it is not my fault you didn't look into it before You made the sale.
