Back on Nov 15, 2018 at 8:58 PM, I had made an online purchase, with Lancastor Outdoors, for two items - costing $73.92 USD. I received a receipt from them stating that it was confirmed, Order #XXXXX confirmed. I still have the email on file. Now I contacted them 1 month after the purchase, asking them where my products were. That was Dec 13, 2018 at 11:48 AM. They replied on Dec 16, 2018 at 10:11 AM, and told me the following; "We're sorry for the delayed response. We are receiving a high volume of orders causing the delay in our response. Your order has already been received by the supplier. Due to the high total volume of orders also received by supplier the shipping confirmation will be updated in 1-2 business days." I contacted them again, asking for my products or a refund. They replied on Dec 26, 2018 at 6:15 AM. Stating; "The finance team has checked with the supplier and according to the supplier, your order has already been shipped. The carrier has already processed the order for dispatch." They have been unable to produce a 'dispatch for shipping,' a 'tracking number,' or even the carrier wich was responsible for shipping the products. I contacted them on Dec 31 at 9:36 PM - Jan 2 at 6:01 PM - "twice on" Jan 4 at 12:31 PM *** replied on Jan 7 at 12:51 AM. he told me "The item is already on its way to you. We are just waiting for the tracking number." I replied back to him on Jan 7 at 10:49 AM - Jan 9 at 4:07 PM - Jan 9 at 4:09 PM asking for the 'said tracking number' or a 'full refund'.
Now I have been more than patient with them as far as allowing enough time to receive the product. They still cannot provide me with any proof that it even shipped, let alone the name of the company they shipped it through. ***. They cannot provide me with the proof that they shipped them, yet I can provide the proof that I purchased them. They are not honoring a full refund for my purchase that they haven't shipped. I would like to ask the Revdex.com for some help in getting them to refund my purchase, as I'm not getting anywhere with them by myself. Please help.

I am seeking a full refund from the company for the products that I have never received, and that they cannot provide any proof they even shipped it. I would accept the products instead of the refund, but according to them "That's not possible," so that's why I'm seeking a full refund.
I placed the order from a *** advertisement for a martial arts Staff. On the *** ad it said there were 8 left in stock. I placed the order November 18. I had a couple of email correspondence and was just told from *** that I would be given a tracking number when they shipped . They never gave me a planned date of shipping. *** I do not expect to get my money back:(
I would like a refund.
