Lancastor Outdoors Reviews (%countItem)

I purchased a product from Lancastor on Dec. 11th, 2018 for $24.97 (order 14380). But I never received it and was repeatedly told to be patient despite demanding a refund. It has been almost 5 months. ***. I would also appreciate if someone could help me get a refund.

Desired Outcome

Either the product I ordered or a full refund by 5/3/19.

Order number ***

Placed an order with this company on 10/10/2018 which has been delivered. I emailed support, but the email address is no longer available.

Desired Outcome

Send my product or money and I'll be content.

I have contacted the company multiple times about my order that I have NEVER received. I ordered a *** - Portable Martial Arts Metal Staff" on 12/8/18 and paid 24.97, order #XXXXX. I initially emailed them (at the customer service email provided in their order confirmation email and on their website- ***) on 12/29/18 because I had not received any shipping info and was responded to by an *** at that email address, who said that they were behind because of the quantity of holiday orders and shipping info would be sent to me as soon as it was available. I emailed them again on 2/8/19 because I still had not received my order or any email with shipping details. I was assured at that point (again by *** responding from the *** email address) that the order had in fact been processed already and the shipping info would be sent to me just as soon as it updated. It has now been over 4 months since I ordered this product, well outside even the longest time-frame expected for shipping. I sent another email requesting a refund on 3/22/19 and my email was returned as undeliverable. The email address I used is still the one posted on their website, however any attempt to send to it is now returned to me. I have used the "contact us" feature on the company website twice. It states that they will be in contact within 12-48 hours. Neither time have I received any contact. The last time I attempted this was on 4/9/19. I would like either delivery of the item I paid for or a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I would accept delivery of the item I ordered with tracking/shipping info provided to ensure I receive it or I would like a full refund of USD $24.97 returned to my *** used for the purchase.

. Order place 12-26-2018. Only received one reply to my email stating delays, blah blah blah. Now my emails fail to send. My error in not checking company out beforehand.

Via a *** ad and multiple attempts to contact Lanastor Outdoors, for a pocket staff costing $30, I haven't received my order. Order #*** placed on January 18th

Desired Outcome

Just a refund or the staff please

10/15/19, I was charged for my order of a pocket staff. When reviewing my order, I noticed they were sending me a cane. I contacted customer support, asking it be cancelled. They advised they could not, but once I recieve the item, I can reject it and send it back. They assured me once it had been returned to them, I would be refunded.
The order was to take 2-3 weeks to arrive, according to the website. When it did not, I contacted them again. They advised it hadn't been sent yet, and was coming from China, not Canada as the site had led me to believe.
It arrived 2 months later in December. I rejected it, sending it back. On January 18th, I reached out to customer support, asking if they had received it yet. They advised no, but would reach out when it did. I reached out Feb. 25th, as I had no reply. I received no response. March 16th I advised I would either like my refund, or I would seek outside help. I have received no response. In hindsight, I believe it was a *** company, as half of the emails came from a hotmail.com account ***@hotmail.com, while the rest came from ***@outdoorlancastor.com, but came under the name ***. Going to the website, I clicked on the company address on the logo, & it led to a pop up site. Looking up the address on *** maps, it led me to a permanently closed taco shop in Toronto, Ontario. I'm not so much concerned with a refund at this point, although if possible I would appreciate it. I just want others to be aware, as their website is still operational.

Desired Outcome

refunds

I ordered a product from the aforementioned company on December 14th, 2018. The product did not arrive for three months and no response was received after emailing their support email after contacting them on February 27th, 2019. On this date, March 20th, 2019, I attempted to email their support email again only to find the email was not sent to them. Instead I received the message: 'The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.' Their website does not list an alternative way to contact them.

The order number given by them was #XXXXX. The payment method was an *** credit card ending in ***, totaling 24.97 USD.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer to receive the item, as it was intended as a gift. However, a full refund is also acceptable.

Lancastor Outdoors failed to deliver goods I paid for, and failed to respond to follow-up e-mails concerning this fact. The company also failed to acknowledge or act upon my requests for a refund of the $50 (plus s&h) I had paid.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back.

On November 17 2018 I saw a link to this website advertising an extendable boo staff. When I purchased it I received a confirmation email and spent $24.97 after a month a emailed them on the status of my shipment. I was told that due to high demand that the shipment would take a while. I was ok with it but the date is now March 19 2019 and I have still not received an email or update on said order. When I tried to email to get a refund I found that the email address no longer exists. So I went on their support page and left multiple requests for a refund on my order and have received nothing. I just want my money back. yet that seems to be asking too much

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $24.97 that I paid for the most likely defective product that I ordered and have not received

On December 4, 2018 I ordered:
*** - Portable Martial Arts Metal Staff
1 $24.97
... via an *** advertisement.
When it didn't arrive I emailed the company (Lancastor Outdoors) on Jan. 4, 2019.
I received no response.
I contacted them again today (March 17, 2018) demanding a refund - I don't expect a response.
To date there has been no explanation or delivery.

***.
***!

Desired Outcome

Ideally a refund

They were not up front about how long it would take to ship. Found out later that it takes 6-8 weeks before it's sent out, my order was placed 10 weeks ago and now they aren't even responding to my emails.

I ordered this product for my grandchildren in December 8, 2018 paying 52.93 and never received it. I email 3 times and never had a response on refund or products.

Purchase Date November 15 2018, Order #XXXXX, I paid $77.90 USD, I have sent emails various times asking about my order to no avail, we have discovered the actual Address they are under, Downtown Ottawa Canada Address is *** Avenue West behind the *** beside *** Church right off *** Street, they are registered as *** The Domain location is *** Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, *** Canada

Desired Outcome

I want them investigated, i want my money back

I purchased a novelty spring loaded telescoping staff from this company about a week before Christmas, 2018. The product was roughly $35 with shipping. The website advised to give 2 to 3 weeks for shipping since purchasing volume was so high. Today is 2/7/2019, and I still have not received my package. I have contacted the company several times through email and have been told that they apologize for the delay, but it is due to high shipping volume and it should ship soon. Eventually, I emailed them and told them that I wanted my order cancelled and my payment refunded. I received a reply email explaining that my order has shipped but they were unable to provide a tracking number due to high shipping volume, but when I received my package to take pictures of it and send it to them that I am mailing it back and when they receive it they'll refund my money. I basically told them to just keep my money after that. ***. I'm not exactly sure what you can do in response to their actions, ***.

Desired Outcome

Ultimately, I would like the item that I had ordered from them. If I can't get the item, I want a full refund.

I ordered a "Pocket Staff" from the company on December 12th, 2018. On January 14th, 2019, having received no updates on my order, I wrote to the company to request information. When the company did not respond in what I considered to be a timely fashion, I sent a second email requesting that my order be cancelled and my money refunded.

The next day, I received my first response (to my first email) which simply reiterated what the confirmation email had told me - in other words, I was given no new information. As such, I was more specific in my information request, and was given an unsatisfactory answer ("We are going to update you once the tracking number is already available. ").

As such, I insisted that my cancellation request be honored. In their response on January 24th (to the first email chain - they gave this same response to the second email chain on January 22nd), they told me that the item had been shipped and I could not have my money refunded unless I returned the item to them. I requested a tracking number, the carrier used, and the exact date the item was shipped. The company has consistently refused to give me any of that information, instead answering (in both email chains) "Your order has been procesed and we are going to update you once the tracking number is already available. "

The second email chain is very similar in terms of how things played out, with some of the responses being cut and pasted from the first email chain.

I do not believe that the company has shipped the item, and I do not believe they have any intention of shipping the item. Even if they have, I have every intention of returning it, as I do not find them to be trustworthy. I believe, however, that the most likely scenario is that the company intends to keep my money regardless, which is unacceptable. I am willing to provide both email chains in full to the Revdex.com to aid in the investigation.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back, ($27.96 USD) in full. That's all I'm looking for. In the unlikely event that I receive the item in question, I will return it, unopened, as I no longer want it.

I placed an order with this company in Sept of 2018 after seeing an advert on *** for a product that I was intrigued by. After being sent to this companies website I purchased 3 items.
All 3 items have required follow up re delivery. Over a lengthy time 2 of the 3 items have arrived. The first item, an extendable martial arts staff broke the moment it came out of the package. The second item, a pair of 'night vision goggles' are of such poor quality that they are unable to be worn or used.
The 3rd item, a flashlight has still yet to arrive and it is now the end of january. After repeated inquiries I requested a refund on the flashlight. The company would not respond until I advised them that I would be issuing a complaint with the Revdex.com ***s. They then provided a placative reply saying that the item has now been shipped ad that they were unable to provide a refund. I replied that I have requested a refund and do not want the product. they now no longer reply at all.
The name of the person who has been replying via email is

Desired Outcome

I would like the price of the flashlight refunded at the very minimum. I accept that i received the first 2 items despite the delays. I did advise the company of the poor outcomes after receiving the items. A refund or an apology would be nice but i'm not going to hold my breath. It seems this company is of poor integrity. I hope that the Revdex.com is able to enact whatever legal means are available to hold them to account and to warn the public of their seemingly poor business practises.

I ordered a product off of their *** page on 12/2/18. I still have not received the product. I have contacted them multiple times asking for a refund and only received a stock message every time stating my order is being processed.*** I would like my money back.

Desired Outcome

Refund

4th of December 2018 I bought and item, I got the invoice online and till this day I haven't receive anything, still waiting for ***@outdoorlancastor.com to reply my multiple emails

Desired Outcome

full refund

Ordered product in early Deceember based on a quick add on ***.com. Early Jan we contacted them and they gave an excuse that they were flooded with orders. We contacted them a few days later and they say they can't refund because the product was shipped.

Desired Outcome

Seeking back full refund of $24.97.

I placed my order for a pocket staff for a Christmas gift. I waited a week for the shipping email. When I did not receive one I went to their website to see the FAQ on shipping. I read that it ships in 1-4 weeks. $ weeks later when I did not hear anything I sent an email. I waited for a response. I sent one more email and waited two days. Today I went through looking for more reviews. I found the Revdex.com complaint. I told my husband and we are disputing the charges. ***. They say no refunds for the time it takes to ship an item but they don't notify you of that when you purchase the items. Also the refund policy is within 14 days of ordering but only for damaged items. If it take 4 weeks to ship how can you return a damaged item when it is now past the 14 days. I ordered the item December 7th, I sent the first email January 6th and sent an email January 19th.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back, the pocket staff delivered to me
