This amount was never refunded to my credit card.  If you look at the attached receipt, forwarded from the business, you will note that there is no Visa account number referenced on the receipt and no indication that it is a refund.  I cannot see how this transaction could have been processed without the specific Visa account information being referenced.  I suspect that this "receipt" is perhaps a copy of my original credit card invoice that has been edited by the business with a different date.
I would appreciate an opportunity to communicate directly with the Central Ohio Revdex.com by telephone to discuss my complaint and options for going forward.

I’d like to reopen the below case. I let the 10 days lapse accidently without “rejecting the business response”. We have not received the check in the mail as promised from the business. Clearly they will not refund us through PayPal or are unable to. All we asked for was a check in the mail and we have been asking for this for many months now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If KFly Troncis doesn't follow through by the end of the week I will file a new complaint.
